Hope you are well, just thought I'd summarize the video a little cause for some reason i do ramble on a bit, very unlike me :).
The whole process took me three weeks. From Application to Offer 🤝
It's divided into two stages excluding application:
Standard Phone interview/Assessment;
Face-to-face interview;
📞 The phone interview is to understand your experience, what in your experience matches their requirements for the role (usually in their job description), why do you wanna leave and why do you wanna join the Co-Op;
👥 The interview will consist of three parts:
Part 1
Questions to explore your experience, achievements and
career to date, including questions around specific skills and
knowledge required for the role.
Part 2
Questions based on specific behaviors which have been
identified to be essential in performing well in the role.
Part 3
Questions about the role, together with the opportunity for you to
ask any questions you may have about the role or Co-op.
