Love these complete guides, Ethan. I have a tin farthing and quite a few pieces of gun money. The tin coins were plugged (if I remember rightly) because they had to show people they had some 'real' metal in them It's a 'yes' from me on you doing a gun money video

What great information thank you, only found four James II coins detecting, a silver 2 & 3 pence, tin halfpenny crumbling around the edges & a gun money shilling, lovely history.

The Tin Farthing was made to support the Cornish Tin Miners, there was no shortage of copper. They are very hard to find in good condition.

I have a James II Quarter Guinea in Gold, it is beautiful and was just under $2,000. from the Royal Mint.
