Those cops were all ex-USSR Militsiya and/or KGB. Once handcuffed, the kidnappers were transformed by the Reds into something resembling Steak Tartar moreso than human beings. They raised the Hammer and Sickle over Berlin and are NOT to be underestimated. Those kidnappers wouldn't so much as spit on the sidewalk if and when they were released. TO HELL with Haebeus Corpus. Replace the 4th and 5th Amendments with the graphic novel Judge Dredd and watch the crime rate plummet.

I live in ny. A detective once came down to my business asking for our security footage bc there was an assault a few blocks away. While it was downloading we chatted and he told me how he dreamt of becoming a cop to make a difference, but no matter what he does after hours of work, the judges just let these criminals back onto the street again. He seemed very sad and deflated.

Hi Izzy, as a recent former New Yorker, I can vouch what you say is true. I was mugged in a violent home invasion, I knew the guy, told the cops, had witnesses, and not a god damn thing happened. They even robbed banks, no consequences. They only got arrested after they did a home invasion on 2 ladies who where Cop Wives; they were back out on the street 24 hours later.

@@HobbyOrganist I am not sure if we need to really build more prisons. They need to start weeding out the non-violent offenders who are less likely to reoffend and help them reintegrate into society. It's a small thing, but good call from the officer who hit the stop sticks to realize that he wouldn't be able to continue the chase, but still make himself useful with helping the vehicle that was struck.

This cop is very mature - he knows that people run from the police sometimes and he isn't going to get worked up about it and take it out on the suspect.

I swear Wisconsin really seems to have some of the most chillest cops ever! All the bullshit that these criminals put them through and they barely even as much as raised their voices, hell the cop arresting the driver was actually having a laugh with him! Major respect for their professionalism!

Agree, I think their LEOs are top-notch. Too bad the judicial system there is BS. Pretty much all of the bonds I see handed out are a freaking joke. I feel for the officers...they do their job, and the judicial system just craps all over it.

Good God, it’s getting to the point where a poor African American can’t drive recklessly through town and run from the police safely anymore. What is this world coming to?

This justice system is a joke. These Idiot criminal kids steal a car, endanger lives, crash into cars and they get a minimal penalty. They will be back at it in a few months. We need some real consequences and they need to be required to do work and volunteer projects with actual rehab systems.

Man, despite this kid endangering many people's lives, running on foot, being high on pills, and denying lawful commands, the officer still was respectful with him and gave him the respect any human deserves. These guys get an A+ for repairing my confidence in the police force.

This was great to see honestly. Not one officer took this personally. The kids were actually polite and respectful and eventually gave up without being violent. I wish they were taught better but the outcome was perfect. Nice job PD.
