I am using Motorola Edge 40 in Korea. I should be able to see notifications by touching the screen once, but I don't see any notifications other than weather notifications. How do I solve this?

Navigate to Settings > Notifications and verify that all apps you wish to receive notifications from are enabled. 2. Confirm that the necessary permissions are granted to the apps you're expecting notifications from. Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions and ensure that the relevant permissions like "Notification access" are enabled. 3. Check if your device is in Do Not Disturb mode, as this may suppress notifications. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Quick Settings panel and toggle off Do Not Disturb if it's enabled. -Elle

@@MotoI checked to see if all notifications were activated, set various settings, and checked carefully by sending emails to my phone from another phone. But I have no idea what the problem is. Thank you for answering my question.

Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot the notification concern on your Moto device. Can you try resetting your app preferences? Please be advised that this will reset all your app preferences/permissions and settings. You'll need to allow them again. However, it would not affect the important files on the device. Go to Settings > Click on System and tap Advanced > Select Reset Option and Reset App Preferences > Restart the device. Let me know if this helps. -Elle

My new mobile is Motorola G 54 5g mobile. Google autofill is not working due to which I am not able to fill the id password automatically in any mobile app. I always have to enter the login id password even after making all the necessary settings.

I understand where you're coming from. Let's try to reset your app preferences. While this won't delete any personal files, it will reset your app's settings to default. If you have any game progress, please make sure to sync it with any of your accounts to avoid losing your progress. You will also be logged out of social media accounts and will need to log back in. Please go to Settings > System > Reset > Reset app preferences. Once done, restart the phone. -Rica

My screen has not been working properly for the last 7-8 days. I'm unable to use it properly as my eyes are hurting with that blurry screen asked the service center, they are saying to change the screen but they don't have any extra spare. Customer care is not responding to my messages or emails. Pathetic service. This will be my last moto phone 👿😈
