After a long day, I laughed out loud hearing my name on the podcast! Yes, Donny was known back in the day for his purple socks. Blaming you two that I am now back into cross stitch 😂😂😂

I'd love L'Automne to come back. ☺️ My guess on what you're dying next is Mr. Carrisford. 💚 Which, by the way, I'd love a Knitflix and Chill in both those together. 🧡

It’s sweatah weather! ❤love your sweater adjustments - and yes, sleeves and my arms do not get along very well. We have lots of curves and why I love hearing about your modifications - you’re real. OH the advent minis with Snow White - beautiful. Ahh - I have a Battenberg too with a bag of those little bitty squares - baby steps. The pink and purple with your sock colors swoon - I have that and must do the same - beautiful. Yup - hate the knitting project - go away, ok, I love you again. SOO true! Packages coming!!!!!❤ Just love seeing yarn/colors again - soooo happy. Maybe a preorder yarn club again in your future? And you know tweed anything…❤

If you want to start, Tin Can Knits has a great beginner sock pattern where they explain everything. It can be addictive once you get the hang of it. And there is nothing like wearing hand made woolen socks when it starts getting cold.

Love your blanket MaryBeth! It’s beautiful and let’s the colors shine. I had that advent and recognize the colors. I made a shawl holding with mohair with mine. My guess is that you are dying moonstone this week. Back by popular demand!

I believe Elizabeth Ann Can Stitch follows WIPGO by Jessie Marie Does Stuff. This process is new to me too. I plan on doing the process next year but with all of my projects across all my crafts. ❤ Loved your vlog!

I made a bandana cowl with Snow White and your red from back when Snow White first came out and I love it. Thrilled Snow White is back! And I finally allowed myself to use my Moonstone (that I had been hoarding when you stopped dying yarn) for some socks. So please feel free to bring it back 😉 But the first color that came to my mind was Mr. Carrisford 🙏.

I’ve been doing wipgo this year be chose the goal of 8 hours on each project. I do that instead of days since some days I can only find 30 minutes to craft and on weekends I can have more hours. A lot of times I have gone over the 8 hours - but even the projects I just stuck to the 8 hours has gotten so much progress done - and that makes me happy. I didn’t start the year with 25 cross stitch project so I also put knitting and quilting projects as well. I usually hit my goals by mid-month and by then I am ready to work on something random - so I get progress on even more things. I figure it is just me taking time in my everyday life doing activities that rebuild my spirit. Which work, just normal life, and especially this last few years has done its best to suck away. This month I spent the time to build next years board and kit up any new projects so I have a full cross stitch wipgo board and then made a separate board to focus on knitting projects next year.

I look forward to seeing the progress you make on all of your gorgeous projects. There is a color from days gone by that I would by multiple skeins of and I am almost sure of it's name - I think it is Emma. It has blank space with a beautiful pink and purple and the smallest touch of green. I will post a photo in the FB group so the hive mind can help! Thank you!!

Hi Ladies, I do my own version of WIPGO. I usually resist being told what to do, so I made my board general, for example I made a couple of squares just Xmas, then I can pick what Xmas project I want to work on. Another set of squares I put finish something that is close to being done, another is fully finish a project. You will get to see what works for you over time, just wanted to share my method. Kat

Are use an app called tiny little decisions to choose which wip to work on for the week. Once I have used all of the wipes I reset the wheel and start over again. As a project is finished, I remove it from the wheel and probably add another one, because I’ll probably cast on another one since I made the wheel.

Funnily I have been working on my "Mary Beth blanket" using a similar philosophy. I do 3 rows a day on that blanket which allows me to finish at least 1 mini a week. I have also planned 2 other projects with a daily plan. Helen is there a tutorial that you recommend for the join as you go granny squares? I have all the coloured blocks for the Battenberg completed but am a little afraid/unsure how to join them for the best look without having to seam all the blocks.
