mate thanks so much for uploading the songs from this gig, amazing. Been listening to Faith for the first time in a while, for the past week or so, dunno maybe cause the weather's been so gloomy and now cold here in Sydney...but listening to Faith after so long and finding your uploads has have transported me back in time to a similar mood and feeling...this is just timeless. It's funny just yesterday I was reading an article in the paper about why it is that people derive pleasure from music considered melancholy, sad etc it is sooooooo true though :)

due to a reply to my comment I came back here again and now when I am hearing the keyboard it (no joke) it made tears running down my face, I am not sad but the keyboard sound... is just haunting and affects me really deeply (although there is no reason like if someone died or so.. its just the sound....) music may be the purest motive force... it just was shown to me again here...

And you're right : static image makes that you see everything happening onstage, like you're at the gig yourself.Perfect.

@Mstar82 "M" is his girlfriend, "Mary". Robert once said that this album was all about him breaking up with that girl, Mary. Now that girl is his wife. "M" is a brilliant song! :-)

What is the meaning of 'M'? And what does it stand for? Would be interesting to know. I own Seventeen Seconds, Faith and Pornography and I love them. I love how it how the dark mood increases with every album. Seventeen Seconds contained dark lyrics, but the sound was still more punkish. Faith was more depressing but slow and calm, and quite isolating. Pornography was just the pinnacle, dark, aggressive, hypnotic, depressive destructive.
