Love these kinds of videos! High quality as fuck, no dopamine bullshit. Recently started going back to your old videos, you know the How to destroy your lizard brain, How to fix your life as a young man. That second one was the first of your videos I ever found, and I just got flashbacks from the spring of 2 years ago, when I used to watch your videos every single day, started meditation, journaling, working out. These videos you're creating right now feels like those old videos, with more new information. I am so grateful to you for everything this has done for me. Thank you.

I’m in this situation right now where no one understands me, I have no friends because everyone is fucking brainwashed. I feel alone and frustrated on how badly I want the success and this lifestyle. To surround myself with men like you is what I need. You might not see this but thank you for what you do. I have been following this routine and waking up at 4am. If that’s what makes you happy by all means, I enjoy my meat, veggies, carbs, I enjoy my warm up at the gym the commute, the energy that people at the gym bring and the community. Still fairly successful and happy in life. Making millions doesn’t make me happier than a regular 6 figure job, sacrificing that much of joy in life to be a machine at making money ain’t for everyone. The frog question is just great, it not only is an indicator for if you will be successful but I think this is one of the core principles in changing your life. The world should not be always perceived in extremities like good or bad, but in this case I think it fits well. I see a lot of ties with religion, psychology, philosophy and the occult. It is a direct reflection of "as above so below". I always expected that the more dopamine indulging activities someone does, the more it will end badly later on. But the most difficult, uncomfortable things someone does it will mostly always end in good results. So positive will mostly end in negative. And negative will mostly end positively like a never ending repeating cycle between these two. I know it sounds like a concept that most people should and do understand, but if you apply these principles to other things in your life, it can make a huge difference. Understanding the relationship between these two forces cured my life. Because I think depression is the negative repeated cycle of excess dopamine release. If someone meditates daily with this principle in mind, I think it can lead to great enlightenment.

Bro I feel like I'm growing, or rather, living, the same journey as you. In the past year, I've made the most progress in my life, n terms of money, mindset, physique and relationships. But lately, I've gotten quite complacent, the progress, got into my head, and I didn't work as hard, I didn't do that cardio session, I ate that fucking pizza, and you're right, I should be ashamed of myself, It took me watching 2 of your videos to realize that I'm fucking up, that even though I've gotten to the 10% maybe, it's not enough, I've never told myself that that's enough, but I got so fucking happy with so much progress in just one year that I got satisfied. This morning, I literally slapped myself, I was getting "normal" doing what would've been the bare minimum for me last year. I feel no shame in admitting this, because I made changes in my life, last year after watching your "full discipline guide". I am better than this, I will change, and be better than ever. Never gonna be satisfied again. I'm not coping, I'm grateful and shit, but I'm gonna do better than this.

I’m a woman and I stumbled upon this after watching several videos on how to build a business. One thing that stuck out to me was that I was being belittled, at first it made me uncomfortable, but then I started to get to thinking. Why would I let some guy on the Internet talk down on me… Why not prove to myself that I am better than this that I am worthy of improvement? so with that being said, I’m going to actually start going to the gym, cutting carbs and I’m going to eat the frog every day so I can have my steak dinner in the end.

its like the perito principle which states that 20% of the people are responsible for 80% of the work. Hamza is doing great work by focusing on that 20% he prioritises and i love to see the new content

Been familiar with your conent 2 years ago, and I always viewed as a rival more than a mentor, because when you started you were just lil bit ahead of me. Now the gap has widened, even though I developed alottttt but you definitely ahead and beaten me in the game, you ate the frog more than I did. Good work

“LOOK AT MY FUCKING BICEP” That there is proof of hard work… snap outta reality and realize that the things you are or aren’t, are because of your own choices. That bicep is the result of a choice. Let’s go G

hi viewer from india here im preparing for NEET (medical entrance exam) and i wasnt very productive today and was on my way to watch some anime when i came across this video ive heard about you many times before but this is the first time i watched a full video and i strive to share the exact same mindset as you. This video has motivated me but since motivation by itself amounts to nothing, im gonna follow your lifestyle and mainly your mindset about getting things done, eat the frog, following a pre planned routine and sacrifice. i was completely engrossed while watching this video i will soon catch up to all your vids.....obviously after getting my work done thanks for the lesson peace

they don’t think their kid is gonna retire them cause they actively hate and put me down for pursuing anything outside of school and uni lol. They do whatever they can to stop me and take it away from me

Bro you inspired me. I have been trying to get up at 3:53 A.M. for two yrs now, still trying. This time I am doing it. Sometime I can but sometime I can't because I was not disciplined in getting up and sleep on a defined schedule. - Sincerely, Semen Retention Days# 1,244 days

Mashallah bro, I am happy to see you making good money and achieving your goals as I can understand how a person goes through so much shit alone and faces self doubt almost everyday just because there is a feeling inside them and you know it that either you would make it to that point or just die trying. Been watching your videos for a long time.

I’ve been watching both your channels since early 2021, and you deserve all the success bro. But I’m not gonna lie, there’s a fine line when you’re giving tough love to your supporters, and when you’re just blatantly talking shit and insulting the people who fuck with you and genuinely look up to you. The amount of contradiction also doesn’t help, how you talk shit about KZitemrs who bait viewers to watching their videos, but you do the same. Still have respect for you dude, but pick a fucking side.
