I love this song but it makes me cry every time. My wife died from a long 3 yr. battle with cancer and even though it was the hardest time of my life, She was the best thing that happen to me. ROCK ON!! Jeff

The dance most regretted is one that is one where you sit it out! Just like life! "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there, permanently, if you let it. You, me, or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life. But, it ain't about how hard you're hit, it's how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward! That's how winning is done!" ~Rocky Balboa!

This was played at my cousin's funeral. He made it to 18 with a regular life but wasn't supposed to make it past 2 years old. I remember seeing him after a bone marrow transplant...he was so weak and his life was relatively normal to that point. He died just a few months after.

This song is amazing. Garth is so talented. This performance is gold. I personally don't like Garth. I feel he set country music back 25 years. Can't take away the talent from him, just that corporate country started to take over again when he became popular. Just my opinion. Love ya Dani.

In this instance, I believe Garth is reacting to the crowd singing. He does that a lot. With that said, I think he’s the most theatre performer of any major artist in history. He embodies songs so well.

Beautifully sung by Garth. He kept it so simple and and didn't get in the way of letting the emotional lyrics speak for themselves.

Sux that Garth pulls his music from KZitem but his music is amazing! My rockin’ favorites from Garth are That Summer; Standing Outside the Fire; Ain’t Goin’ Down (‘Til the Sun Comes Up); Callin’ Baton Rouge; Rodeo; and Two of a Kind, Workin’ on a Full House. My emotional favorites of his are If Tomorrow Never Comes; Unanswered Prayers; Wolves; What She’s Doing Now; The River; Learning to Live Again; That Ol’ Wind; Somewhere Other Than The Night; Much Too Young (To Feel This Damn Old); The Dance; She’s Every Woman; and In Lonesome Dove. But his most powerful songs are Mom; The Thunder Rolls; The Night I Called The Old Man Out; We Shall Be Free; and The Change.

G’day Miss Dani. Looking lovely as always mate. I have heard of Garth Brooks, but I still don’t know much about him I’m afraid. But was he married to a female singer called Faith Hill at some stage? I couldn’t name even five Garth Brooks songs. But the man has some rock solid talent for sure. I did enjoy this post mate. He’s definitely all country, where’s I’m all rock n roll mate.(Ha,Ha). Stay safe and happy. See ya.👍🇦🇺❤️🌹☮️
