Copper is a iron regulator that improves Methemoglobinemia in blood and this copper mineral is also important part of hairgrowth and thickness. If you take copper supplement, you should also consider take zinc for balance

How much Copper is safe? It`s ok to take 15 to 30 mg of Zinc but you need 1 to 2mg Copper, because high zinc supplementation causes copper defficiency. I was defficient in both of them, and both are very important for skin health and testosterone

Hey, General question on your opinion/facts. Is Dutasteride and finasteride the same regarding efficacy? I know that if one were to take dutasteride they would get results quicker, yet am an unsure as to if dutasteride will make you regrow more hair as compared to finasteride without taking time of treatment into account. Based on your research, have you come to a conclusion with this?

^For example, if one were take finasteride for 20 years, would they get a better END result if they took dutasteride instead?

If it actually succeeds and doesn't go systematic yes, i dont have too much hope since pyrilutamide is out and doesn't look promising in both safety and efficiency

Why supplement copper with copper peptides when you could just get organic cacao powder and drink it with oat/regular milk/eat it in yoghurt or muessli. Cacao powder is good source of copper

Foods in vegetables are not good source of copper especially in 19th century these days. Copper can be found mostly in shellfish but grassfed liver is the top of copper rich food along with other nutrients profiles

@@ayadhussin6771 Sure buddy but you dont eat liver or shellfish EVERYDAY, and the excess of copper gets filtered out. With 10 grams of cacao powder you already have enough copper, and its easy to implement it in a daily routine.

@@Klaudiuszeg No evidence cacao powder is a source of copper. But it depends were cacao is harvested from and how stable is the soil but still low amount. However mostly likely, almost all argicultures around the world are depleted in copper. Therefore animal product is the best, especially organ meat. By the way, which cacao powder brand would you recommend ?
