My cousin has schizo effective disorder and he is such a soft gentle soul. He was extremely I’ll at one point but even then he never hurt a soul, just himself. I’m so pleased to hear Emma point out that mental illness doesn’t make u a killer but that killers can be mentally I’ll. Thankyou for this extra content Emma x

Was your cousin burned by his mother and made to watch his mother and father abuse each other too? Was he taught witchcraft and to sacrifice animals? There is no comparison here. It’s like when women comparing all men by calling them trash it’s narrow minded to say the least

Emma, you're AMAZING! How are you touring, nursing a newborn, uploading your very consistent 2 videos per week, printing your own merch whilst still looking after your home, family and mini zoo AND now we get an extra video??!!! ❤❤ Do you have an identical twin?! 😂 Thank you. Your hard work is so extremely appreciated. My husband and I are seeing you on the 21st and can't wait! I love the hoodie that you're wearing ❤ hopefully I'll be able to bag myself one there 🤞🏼 Rest peacefully Katie. 😢 Sharon is the exact type of being that draws me to this topic. I need to delve into the psychology of a person like this to try to gain some understanding as this is the farthest from myself as I can possibly get! I'm a trauma survivor and I couldn't even harm a spider! I've heard this case before but nobody delves as deep into the psychology like Emma. 👏🏼👏🏼 my favourite KZitemr by far. ❤

This crime took place in the town next to mine. At the time my mother worked for the police as a PA to the Chief Superintendent at Aldershot. She said when Sharon was arrested and brought into Aldershot police station, all staff were told to remain in the offices as Sharon was known to be so volatile and dangerous. Sharon was escorted in by 7 officers! It’s just unbelievable how this child could be such a sadistic and brutal killer. Whatever went on and goes on inside her head, is certainly dark and malevolent. I agree that Sharon should never walk the streets again. Thanks for covering this case Emma and for bringing Katie’s memory back to people. An innocent young lady who just wanted to get home. My heart still goes out to the parents even now. 💚 How do you ever get past something like that? Anyway, thank you for the extra cast this week Emma and it was great to see you on tour at G Live in Guildford, really good. All the best for future touring! 💚

Hi Emma, thank you for covering this case. It's hard to believe it was 30 years ago yet stays so freah in my mind. I went to school with Sharon, we weren't suoer close but i did consider her a friend. we used to go to a church group together called Pathfinders (some time between 1992 and 1994). Neither of us wanted to be there! I never really saw the volotile side of Sharon (I started skipping school a lot!) but i heard about it. I still believe that more time should have been spent investigating those who was with her, Katie's family deserved those questions answered. This case isnt heard much anymore but it needs to be so Katie's family have a louder voice to fight to keep Sharon where she needs to be

I know we are told that coming to England from South America is a major change in a young person's life but l take the view that once this person realises that we are a civilised pro social society, they know what they can get away with and their contemporaries can now be viewed as prey.

This happened in my home town when i was 21, so very familiar with all the details, but listening to it all again is chilling, ive always believed there was a cover up to some extent, as violent and strong as she was, she couldn't have taken Katie to Farnborough alone, its not far but far enough! The alibis are very suspect as far as im concerned, there was definitely more to this, and i would say that's the general concensus in our area 😢 poor poor Katie 💔💔

Looking forward to hearing your take Emma! I grew up in Camberley. I was threatened by Sharon back in the day, as was my sister who went to school with her. She was younger than me but she still scared the crap out of me (she was 14 I was 17). Obviously I had no idea what she had done... nobody did as far as I know. Incidentally, her step dad drank in the same pub as me. He kept himself to himself. Just sat at the bar drinking by himself.

Hi Emma, I have a case that would mean so much to me to see you cover...firstly i would just like to say i think your videos are just brilliant. Myself and my friend came to see your serial killer next door show in Northampton in October and thought it was just Fantastic! I have been watching true crime videos by many creators for a while and have always wanted to ask for a case very close to my heart to be covered but feel you would do it the most justice...Its the case of Tom and mia in Australia. The reason it is so close to my heart is that I knew both Tom and mia. I used to work with Tom on the Isles of scilly and then when i left there i moved to Derbyshire where I met mia. In a strange chance coincidence they then both met whilst backpacking in Australia, when the news broke about what happened I genuinely couldn't believe that I knew BOTH of the victims from completely unrelated walks of life...what are the odds?? Both of these young people were unbelievably valuable and loved to everyone who knew them and it is a sad, sad tragedy what happened to them...Tom really was a hero ❤ I know your busy now with your beautiful little lady but if you did ever get the chance to cover this...that would be so great...take care 😊

Wow Emma. Another incredible documentary. I cannot watch all your videos but I am making my way through as quickly as life allows. Your knowledge of the upbringing of the victim/s and offender/s Feeds my obsession of how the mind works. I’m originally from Billingham Teesside. I grew with in a very physically and psychologically abusive father. I’m doing great after many many and still ongoing therapy and have raised two incredibly beautiful children. My family is in contact but almost estranged ( apart from my sister ) all denying the abuse. . It’s more so they are seen to ‘look normal’. That we even get contact but I prefer it for my children this way as they are secure enough in me to realise the lack of contact is them. I’m truly blessed and proud and surrounded across the miles by old and new lifelong friends. I often resonate with the generational difference in acceptance of discipline from family. But still recognise mine was more extreme compounded by a sexually, psychologically abusive brother that stole my underwear, drilled a hole to spy on me and used props to knowingly be caught out by me he enacted out. But I transgress as you so beautifully say .. ( although your transgressions are often the highlight for me 🤣 ). I grew up living around the corner from a kid called ( I can’t call him a guy he’s a monster!!) billy Dunlop. His Mum worked in the launderette ( near where there was another murder.. Sewels auto shop ..) She was beautiful and lovely to talk to. But I always recall a fear of both her sons Graham and billy. As I grew so did their sinister reputation. The murder he committed lead to his victims Mum fighting with others and confronting an MP on tv to Demand they change the ‘Double Jeopardy’, law. This eventually led to him being retried for her daughter, Julie Hogg’s sadistic and brutal murder, after he confessed to another inmate whilst in prison for another offence, after he had been cleared of her murder. As I said his Mum was beautiful. I’m don’t know much about the Dad but I would love to see you cover this case and give an insight to the passion and fight of her parents who never stopped fighting for justice. There were also many issues with the police investigation. There was talk that as the houses loft spaces, that were terraced together. Had the ability to get in and out of each other’s and that billy moved the body into someone else’s loft space whilst the house was being searched by police. Then he moved Julie’s body back into her home and stuffed her under the bath. I will continue to watch all I can. Congratulations on the beautiful new addition to your family. Catherine.

Well said. Why should she get out of Broadmoor, bloody cheek. She's far too dangerous anyway, what she did to Katie was absolutely heinous in the extreme. She enjoyed it, she got off on it, so why should she be in an open nick. You have to think of the family, too. They're suffered through a trial, for her to sit there grinning. This kind really make my blood boil. Just a side note, I believe Mary Bell was younger than her when she murdered two small boys . It would be good if you could cover her one day, thank you.
