Did this workout. It is indeed killer. My quads are crying. 10/10 workout. Edit : It’s been 2 days and my quads are still sore. Good shit.

DOMS isn't the best indicator if a workout has been good or not. DOMS usually occurs if you give a very unusual stimulus (exercises you haven't been done before, for example), or a much higher intensity than usual, or you strain the muscle a lot excentrically, or a combination of those factors. You can build muscle perfectly fine without ever experiencing excessive DOMS, so the focus to get the maximum DOMS is quite misleading. It's just a good indicator if the stimulus was very unusual for your body, but doesn't mean your muscles will grow much better from it.

The vibram five-toe shoes are the best option to wear with this type of training because your feet stay firm and practically stick to the floor ...!

The Bulgarian squat is hard mate, I dont think my knee has quite the flexion for that yet. But great exercises overall. subbed

No comments? yeeaaa *FIRST* Nice channel btw. ok I do quite a bunch, but my favorite is the box sit. basically it's the box squat but you hold position of a wall sit. You let your bum do the slightest kiss as you are just about to sit BUT *DON'T SIT* and hold that position, 30 seconds. do as many times as you want, add up the seconds throughout the day. Your quads burn and you sweat. Don't sweat too much in your office though.

I got to 40 minutes then the nausea kicked in. I have to do more intensity training. Next time ill get through the rest as well.
