I believe that if one is born with the ability to appreciate music, then one’s taste develops with age. Having loved all manner of music since the 1940s. I am now 82 and mostly appreciate popular ballads by well-known artists such as Tony Bennett, Jack Jones, Dianna Washington and the like, yet this track by the Doobie Brothers can still make the few hairs left on the back of my neck, bristle. What fantastic musicians.

Without love Well, the Illinois central And the Southern Central Freight Got to keep on pushin', mama You know they're runnin' late Without love Where would you be now-na-na-now? Without love Well, the Illinois Central And the Southern Central Freight Got to keep on pushin' mama 'Cause you know they're runnin' late Without love Where would you be now? Spent most of the day here in France filling out my UK State Pension application.I listened to French tv station RFM as background music.Great songs including HOTEL CALIFORNIA by The Eagles... HOWEVER... this song and with the same video as played on television was the BEST SONG OF THE DAY for me. Memories

Este tema me marcó a fuego cuando tenía nueve años, una vecina lo escuchaba en disco y yo me hipnoptizaba escuchando. Pasan los años y sigo hipnoptizada. Son un regalo de vida.🎼🎶🎵

From my isolation in UK , amazing. And if you haven’t already, check their isolation session of Black Water . One of the best things I’ve listened to in years. Blown away can’t stop listening now.
