I was recently in Italy and visited Florence where Michelangelo lived. There I saw his well-known work called David.
For centuries people have admired this great work of art, and not only the work but also the proportions of David's body.
But according to the standards of the new generations - they would comment that he has chicken feet, he has to get more chest and work his biceps.
David, who defeated Goliath who was 9 feet tall, and returned with his head in his hands, definitely did not lack the strength to say that he would have to work some part of his body.

They feel that they can't, that something is wrong with them, just because they don't have legs that don't fit into their pants or they don't have a bigger chest than their girlfriend's.
I remember that when I once went to climb the mountain they told me - you train, you have muscles, but for some reason and you don't get tired and you don't stop.
Big guys with a lot of muscle that are going to get on sometimes - they can't stand it and every so often they ask for rest.
And that got me thinking - being great at any cost to just pose? Have huge legs and can't run a good distance, climb the mountain, or ride a bike a good distance?
To be authentic and unique, you must listen to your values. You have to forget the brainwashing that the Fitness Industry creates with its representatives present only to sell supplements and create the illusion that what they achieved was due to some kind of work or dedication.
Learn to master your body - it is a very good way to start this path. If, for example, you learn to do handstand push-ups, believe me - it won't bother you that you didn't gain any weight this year.
You will know for yourself that you are already much stronger than before.
That you are going to care if someone thinks about your legs or chest if you yourself know that right now you could run a half marathon or lift more or do more than any inflated type.
Some time ago I set a goal that I am going to combat this, that I want to show that the most important thing is that the person feel comfortable with himself and with his strength.
Huge guys with tremendous muscle mass - that was just a fad that will happen when everyone realizes the consequences they have for the use of prohibited substances.
Even gyms are going to evolve with time - something more functional, useful, more fun, and outdoors.
We are not here for personal reasons but for the idea that we have.
Since I began to dedicate myself completely and only to this type of exercise in 2011, there I had the vision and the goal of transmitting it to as many people as possible.
I felt comfortable with myself, I felt strong, I knew that the muscles, strength and skills achieved with this type of training is for life.
To what you project - that is going to be fulfilled and with more than a million warriors it is being fulfilled.
Hopefully with the trainings that we show several people will feel more comfortable with themselves and open up and discover something new for themselves - thus our mission will be fulfilled.
That is why we are unstoppable, while there is at least one person who learns from what we do - we will continue.
