It's wild that between the age of 17 and 23, I was in 4 different types relationships. I'm 33 now still single. The problem most people make is that just because they are the opposite sex does not mean trying for a relationship is the only damn option. Guys, in most cases, girls just wanna be friends. Stop with this whole "hopefully she the one" nonsense.

I hate when people have given me unsolicited marriage advice. Everyone is different and has their own dynamic that works for them. I've been scolded by many women who tell me I'm not doing marriage right because I don't do A,B and C. Seems to have worked for us for the last 25 years. It seems that the men are harder on men breaking "traditional norms" and the women are harder on the women etc.

Quick question where these women religious? In my experience its often religious women in bad marriages themselves that do this. I've had an older religious relative who got mad at my cousin cause her husband was washing out his own dish HIS OWN DISH. Like seeing that type of stuff convinced me that I didn't want to get married if it meant slaving away and being property. And any of the men they'd tried to force on me were super controlling.

I like that older men & women in general tend to leave that worriedness in their youth. It's just too much to worry about, ain't got time to worry about "if they're cheating". And if you are genuinely worried, it ain't worth you're time being in a relationship. Move on.

Love this! Space is Grace & Trust is Imperative. Other half my ass as two whole individuals equal out to 1(1*1=1) try the math of the half and see a lesser end. A partner is an addition to your life, not the reason behind it. Okay, off my soapbox. Lol.

Listen you know your woman . You know what she's about. If shes the type that needs male attention than of course you sending her there to cheat. If shes not and is her own person you straight. For instance I assume Danielle would cheat. Mya doesn't seem the type. The problem is men like picking these broken chicks with daddy issues and expecting her to act right

Once you are married she is no longer “her own person”. That’s why your assets and liabilities are tied together by law. Alimony wouldn’t exist if either of you were “your own person”.

@@vsperatos Okay, just for the sake of your argument let’s say 10 percent of women in the entire world receives alimony. That doesn’t change the fact marriage ties two people together financially. Their assets and debts belong to BOTH of them. So she is NOT her own person.
