Chocolate Microwave Cake Recipe
Cake:
3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup hot Coffee or Water
1 cup Flour
1 cup Castor Sugar
2½ teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix ingredients wet ingredients in your mixer or with a whisk.
Add the dry ingredients until incorporated.
Put into microwave for 8 minutes.
While baking, prepare your sauce.
Toppings:
Firstly melt:
½ cup Granulated Sugar
¾ tin Ideal milk (Evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Secondly melt:
¼ tin Ideal milk
1 slab Wholenut or Mint Chocolate
Boil ingredients for the sauce together until bubbly.
Pour over cake after it has cooled slightly….. about 5 to 10 minutes. First topping and then the second topping.
