INGREDIENTS
4 Large Croissants (cut into one inch pieces)
1 Cup Milk
800 ml Heavy Cream
400 gm Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Honey or Maple Syrup to pour on top
INSTRUCTIONS
Place croissant cubes in an ovenproof container.
Pour milk on top and set aside.
Combine heavy cream, condensed milk and cinnamon.
Whisk until smooth and well blended.
Pour over the top of cubed croissants.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven when surface starts to turn golden brown.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top.
Serve with maple syrup or honey.
