Hey Adete!!! I agree with a lot of the points you mentioned. I have been trying so many different workouts (Yoga, gym, walking) and Realised that it's playing badminton that I enjoy the most and I find it to be sustainable as well. My mindset while playing badminton is not "I have to do this for my body" but more like "I get to do this for my body and MIND". And on the days I don't play I just go with Basic Yoga asanas or strength-building exercises as basic as just Pushups, squats and Lunges. I have realised that sustainability and simplicity are a lot more important than complexity and inconsistency! Also, women who workout consistently are just better professionals, mothers, friends, and all the other roles we play in our lives!

Hey Adete. One and half month back I started my fitness regime I can't tell you how much fulfilling it is for me. I am a working women I have a kid of 10. So I need to balance both my professional and my personal life and still I am managing one hour in the morning every single day for going to the gym. It is a sort of self pampering.. I am feeling more energized than ever before.. 😊😊

Hi Adete! Such a detailed video! I never miss any of yours, pretty consistent 😁 So I just wanted to mention how I started working out, it’s from a KZitem channel called ‘Move with Nicole’. It has peaceful and holistic workout routines right from Pilates to Yoga to Barre also clubbed with dancer workout, tailored from 10 mins to 1 hour!! I can’t brag enough about Nicole, she brings so much peace to me daily. ‘ MadFit’ is a great channel too. Also, as a pre-workout ritual I started meditating 10-15 mins just before my workout, and honestly my mental health and physical health improved. I am consistently doing it since a year and a half, 5 days a week with weekend as my rest days. Suits me really well!! Hope this helps ❤ Also, thank you for bringing such relatable content, it’s enlightening and comforting 😇😇

Hey nice idea. But addressing your issue...do you wash your hair after the gym? I've found using a mild, sulphate free shampoo for daily use really helps with gunk buildup in the scalp. The one from arata is quite nice.
