Corn Paneer Sabji Ingredients: -
For white paste:-
2 onion
5 Garlic
1 Chilly
Small Piece of Ginger
For Red Paste:-
2 Tomato
10 Pc cashew nut
For Sabji :-
1 Boil corn
½ Capcicum
50 Gm paneer
2 big table spoon of oil
Red chilli powder
Dhaniya Powder
Jeera
Tamlapatra
Mustard seeds
Salt
Turmeric powder
Garam Masala
Grated Panner
Coriander leaves
Recipe:-
Take a fry pan add oil and start flame
Fry Paneer in oil and paneer pcs until they become light brown.
Take out the light brown paneer and soaked them in Cold water.
Take a Mixture Jar
Add 5 nos. of garlic Pcs.
Add 1 chilly
Add 2 rough chop onion
Add 2 tablespoon of water
Start the mixture and make smooth white paste
Take another jar and 2 chopped tomato in it
Add 10 pcs of cashew in it and start the mixture and make tomatocashew paste.
Take a pan and add 2 big spoon of oil
Once oil get enough hot add Tamalpatra, Redchilly, 1 table spoon of jeera.
Add white paste in the oil and mix well.
Add chopped capsicum and mix well.
After 10 minute add Red tomatocashew paste and mix well.
Cover the pan for 10 minutes and check for curry is ready or not.
Again mix well the curry.
Add 2 spoon ofchilli powder, 1 spoon of garam masala, Salt & Turmeric as per taste.
Add dhaniya powder as per taste and mixwell.
Cover the pan for 5 minute and after that again mix the curry properly.
Add ½ cup of water and mix well.
Make it boil for 2 minute and then add 1 boiled corn cold water soaked paneer.
Mix well the all the ingredients.
Cover the pan for 5 minutes and check that corn are properly cooked or not.
Add coriander leaves after corn properly coocked.
You can add extra grated paneer for garnishing.
Now you tasty corn paneer sabji is ready to it.
