Looks great, but I would highly recommend roasting nuts & oats. You can add dried fruits and chocolate too!

Actually, the mixture of the honey, brown sugar and butter is hot enough to render the oats slightly cooked. If you think it's not enough, you can toast off the oats and nut of your choice for 15 to 20 minutes, then fold into the syrup. The process will take longer but the results are still good👍

The Texture changes it's chewier. I use plant butter as a VEGAN I & use Brown sugar Swerve and Brown Rice Syrup. I use Almond butter as a topping with chopped nuts or sesame seeds. I've been cooking in the air fryer lately, baking for years but, NO MORE! Keeps all RAW vitamins and nutrients. WOW👏❣️

If you want a snack for two or two servings, you must put a quarter cup of butter, a quarter cup of brown sugar, and any addition you like. Wait for the brown sugar to dissolve, then put two cups of oats and wait for the oats to absorb the mixture. After mixing, you can add nuts, raisins, or chopped dates and spread it. In a tray, wait for it to cool, and enjoy... I'm sorry if you don't understand what I'm talking about because I don't speak English 😅 I used translation.

Great recipe, as always. Can you please make granola clusters as I can never get them right. I don’t know what I’m missing is it a ingredient or the wrong technique. Thanks
@saltandpepper986
Жыл бұрын
Do you mean you want granola but to have it chunkier with clusters instead of just the oats and nuts toasting up separately/not sticking together in clumps? Look for a recipe that uses some flour and water in addition to the oats, nuts, and sweeteners and oil. Press it into your pan when baking and as you stir/mix a couple times throughout the baking some will fall apart and some will not. (And if that’s not what you meant, I apologize and please ignore me ;)
