I can say this really works, though I didn’t use black pepper I used a dash of cayenne pepper. And I only used the lemon, ginger, turmeric and cayenne. I took one shot glass every morning and drinking water shortly after first thing every morning. It got rid of the clicking in my knee along with the pain I was experiencing. It also got rid of the bloating and gas I was experiencing. 😊

Although, the black pepper does activate the curcumin in the tumeric. Im not sure the cayenne pepper does the same thing??? Im going to have to research this! Thank you again!

Ginger root also is a helper for the activities of the TUMERIC root. Some people are allergic to pepper, or have gut issues when we consume eat or drink black pepper. Just to let U & everyone know. Ginger can be plenty good enough. Sip!!! Eat slowly 🐌 😋 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

My mom used to make what she called an orange salad . Slice orangés , put olive oil on each slice , Pink Himalayan salt , and pepper . It's delicious and helps clean you out . Mom lived to be 92 .

It took about 1 week to notice changes…2 weeks and my energy was incredible…3 weeks my aches and pains were gone and I started following a 1/2 hour yoga stretches 🧘♀️ on Netflix each morning! In two months I looked down and saw my feet again. I went down 2 jeans sizes and my daughter bought me new ones! By December, my GP had tapered me off all my meds, canceled my bone biopsy and my bloodwork came back excellent! I am now pain free…not lactose intolerant or allergic to anything anymore. My attitude to life has done a 180 and it’s because I found Dr. Mandel when I was desperately bed ridden and depressed, searching up how to write my last will and testament! ✍️🙏🙌

I think this is done only for a few days to cleanse the liver so you need it to work fast and has to be drank about 3 times a day, but the are other things that need to be added like protein I’m also currently researching now cause I learnt the detox comes in 3 stages

I make this exact combination, but don't strain it. I need the fibres to clean my intestines 😊 I keep it in a bottle in the fridge and drink it diluted. Sometimes, it ferments and becomes a spicy ginger ale You can also freeze in an ice cube tray. Drop a cube in a glass warm water(not hot) in the morning, and your bowel movement will love you😅

@@rnguyen2516 I can't tell you because taste is personal. Me personally it tasted very sharp in the beginning, so I just diluted it more. The memory of the sharpness stayed in my mind, so I keep bracing myself for the first sip only to realize, I really like it. The more water you add the more water you drink, so win win. Ps I add cinnamon and ONE clove and a little honey. I suggest local honey to help with the seasonal allergies.

1 orange, 1 lemon, dash of black pepper, 1/4 cup turmeric chopped , 1/2 cup ginger chopped up, 1 cup water. Blend and strain. Do a shot of 1.5-2 ounces 2-3 times per day

Can you use mandarins or satsumas instead of regular oranges? Satsumas are by the truck loads where I live this time of year (Spring & Summer), easier to get than reg oranges🍊😊

Actuality - juice. All the ingredients together . Add dash of pepper … drink .. store whatever. Is leftover . NOW ENJOY Add water to dilute the juice. ( juicer doesn’t take water .. I have centrifugal force juicer)..

i think its better to use cayenne pepper, " capsaicin has hepatoprotective properties that reduce the risk of liver inflammation. Capsaicin also protects against oxidative stress, which prevents the death of liver cells" this is my plan .

Stay away from ALL processed, bad carbs, and protein from meat 🥩. Do intermittent fasting. Remember those cells eat twice as much food than the regular cells. If you don’t believe me, do a little research. Stay with whole grains, use avocado, olive, and coconut oil only. Avocado is for High heat.
