1. Magnesium- 1g three time a day - huge improvement in sleep latency and increase sleep time 2. Passion flower - attach to GABA A and GABA B - induce relaxation 3. Glycine 3g - 1 hour before bed it reduce the body core temperature and expand blood flow 4. Chamomile supplements - it bind to GABA A - good for after work stress but it has sedation effect 5. L-theanine - 200 to 600mg - u need to experiment the right dosage and it also negates caffeine effect

Put a fresh stem/twig of mugwort inside your pillow cover. If you don't like the thought of that, rip off the leaves and put them inside a small laundry net placed between the pillow cover and the pillow. Feedback from people I've advised to try this is like 'I sleep almost before my ear hits the pillow', 'I get up - at least - one time less per night, and I fall asleep right away when I am back to bed' .. etc. Personally, I went from +/6 six hours of sleep per night to 7hrs 20 min and up to 9 hrs! I know some people are allergic to mugwort like others are allergic to grass pollen. However, if you are allergic, you probably already know - as mugwort usually is in the 'package' that people are tested for to determine the trigger of allergy. If you find the 'pillow procedure' too radical - then drink the mugwort as tea (doesn't need to be from a fresh herb)!

I don't recall him mentioning a safety risk?
