For a moment, I was afraid that you were going to stop your SUV Rving. As somebody said, your videos are full of good information and beautiful sceneries. This senior woman, a former full-time RVer with my late husband, has been so inspired by you that I've just come back from my 12-day road trip in Utah in a rental van. I mostly stayed in BLM and National Park campgrounds. To me, it was a part of healing process. Thank you so much for your great and informative videos. Please be healthy and enjoy home-cooked meals. Best.

Will continue following your adventures. Being older than you and due to health issues, find myself in a wheelchair so cannot climb to the top of the world any longer. I can still go boondocking and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beautiful world. Never see people in wheelchairs in any of the videos.

@@SUVRVing : Just because people are disabled does not mean we must remain indoors. Can find camping areas near rivers and streams, build a safe campfire, and enjoy a relaxing time with nature. I have a manual wheelchair which I load in my minivan and get away when I can. As one PT person told me after a stroke, "disability does not mean dead." Attended my daughters wedding last year and still had our father/daughter dance.

Your comments on waterfalls remind me of my father. On his first trip to America we did a stopover on Iceland and visited the magnificent Gullfoss, which is the star of a rugged, breathtaking landscape. Nothing there but this modest, single busload of people. So to him the Niagara Falls were quite disappointing: too manicured, almost dainty 😎😁, too many distractions, too many people.

Lots of primitive camping, but the weather has to be cool bc not much shade.

I must admit I laughed really hard when you slipped and fell 2:58. Sorry about that! I apologize. Please upload more blooper footage. That would be really fun. I checked my Amazon records and saw that I purchased your book, SUV RVing, on July 7, 2016. Much later I stumbled upon your KZitem channel and Instagram. I enjoyed your uploads, pics, free ebooks and blog posts (especially the post of that Jeep owner whose insulation got eaten by rodents). In the future I plan on buying a Class B RV. I currently drive a Honda CR-V. It never occurred to me that I can travel around in it with a few camping accessories and a bit of organization and layout. I really appreciate the hard work of building your channel with original content in your own low key style and that you are not another Casey Neistat vlogger clone. Thank You for sharing all of your travel tools, tips and destinations. :-)
@SUVRVing
6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the slipping and falling down part was pretty funny. That's why I kept it in. Most of the other blooper footage is just me stumbling over my words, so I don't know how interesting that would be. And I lol'd at the Casey Neistat vlogger clone comment. His style is definitely not for me, and I don't love it when vandwellers and other copy his style so completely. But to each their own. If I can camp in my RAV4, you can certainly do it in your CR-V. Small SUV owners unite! Thanks Shemaj!

I go up rock walls with it, threw rivers and mud. It’s amazing. I do overlanding with a few groups in Canada. Usually I’m the only girl. Always been a tomboy. You look like a 4Runner kind of guy. Lol. You should get one. Would love to see where you could go with that. I use to spend summers in Oregon when I was younger at my sisters house. Pretty amazing area.
