Thank you for this. It helped me prepare for my first Entry CRA interview after working in research for 15 years. I received an offer a week later.

Stumbled across your page because I am preparing for a CRM interview (zero clinical research experience) but your content is seriously what I needed. It’s perfect, and I think you delivered the information is the most concise effective way! You’re someone I definitely look up to!

Could you please do a video on major difference between CRA and CRC?
@MarioDeSouza

The two positions are completely different. Dan Sefra has a video comparing that two: kzitem.info/news/bejne/0aF6mZdmrKqGiW0. I may put out an updated video in the future as the video is a little dated.

Are there still entry level CRA jobs? Applied to almost a hundred entry CRA jobs with no success.
@MarioDeSouza
2 жыл бұрын
Lots of entry level jobs but it's all about luck with timing for CROs. If you can connect with someone internally they'd likely know when to apply. You absolutely need SC, CTA or inhouse CRA experience. Also, look at smaller pharma companies as they are more likely to take on entry level candidates. Good luck!

Nice video. Can a chemist work as a CRA? Especially with MSc in Pharmacy
@MarioDeSouza

Historically, I recommended working in a CRC position first, at least for a year, to get all the basics of clinical research down. However, in recent years, places are more open to training complete entry level CRAs given how hard it is to hire those with experience. Apply and see if you land any interviews.

Thank u. How do I find a job in Canada from overseas
@MarioDeSouza

Unfortunately, this isn't a question I can provide much insight on as I've never looked for a job in another country. My best advice would be to visit Canada and network with people that do the role you're interested in.
Hello sir my husband is into clinical research and he has 10years of experience is there any sponsorship visa
@MarioDeSouza
Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, I don't know too much about visa sponsorship. I doubt most CROs would sponsor someone for a work visa in the United States (it's possible some pharma companies might). I know it's far easier in nursing and a few other fields that are in demand. That said, I would think the best way is to get in with a global CRO in your home country and see if they are willing to transfer him.
