No worries Seon! The instructions necessitate heightened levels of instinct, is always it seems with NeoDen. We lucked our way through it - always here if you need a nudge in the right direction!

Excellent video! I wish that there was more of this kind of 'how it works' videos. It brings me back 50 years, when I would take apart stuff around the house, just to see how it works. I'm very curious about the mystery connector that feeds that vacuum to the stepper shaft; it seems to go all the way through that block... how does the vacuum get into the shaft?

I'm currently looking into buying one of these. Could you make a video on the workflow / software? Is there a built in way to easily assign a roll to a feeder that was previously setup, or do you have to manually enter all the values (pickup height, place height, etc.) every time you change the roll? How about from one board to another, do you have to adjust the values or can you just enter the board thickness and it figures it out by itself?

The feeder settings are all stored in a project file, so you can recall all the settings very easily. If you move a feeder to a new location there is a 'swap' tool that will carry the settings to the new location. I copy old production files and modify them for new designs to reuse common components.
