Just subscribed David. I am 61 and a professional electrical engineer, but because I am older now nobody will hire me, so I sit around most days. As I am a night owl (no problem staying up all night) I wish I lived closer to you, as I would definitely come and give you a hand for a few hogs now and then to fill the freezer. Not much chance though.....I am British but live in Thailand. Still good to see you rounding those hogs up and knocking them in the head, and feedin' families.

David, thank you for producing the best educational and inspirational videos I have seen on KZitem. I have been watching your video's many months now for the purpose of emulating your success on feral pig control at our hunting camp, (Fifty five to date.) Have you tried to use bleached flour or marble dust to line the inside of your trap? Pour the circle inside the base of your trap while it is on the ground. This will improve your visual references (in 2D) since your camera will not show you depth of field (in 3D). This has improved my "drop" or "don't drop" situations. I have very rarely missed judging my drops any more. I also used heavy gauge wire and weaved through the top retaining ring and secured with small tack welds. NO more climbers for me. My name is Ken and I live in Mobile, AL. I have been a subscriber for 4 months. Please keep up the great work because my wife loves your video sign offs. God Bless you and your family.

I've been watching you catch pigs for about a year. You must've caught a gazillion of them by now. Yet, the supply seems never-ending. You can't be the only one trapping them in your neck of the woods either. Plus, hunters have to be nailing a few while they're out hunting deer and what-not, or just patrolling their property. I'm glad I live in MI. If we have a feral hog problem, it's mighty small.

Keep up the good work brother

Looking at that sounder. You almost need to make an extension of the trap. T posts and fence on the backside of the trap. Bait it heavy on that side. Thus using the trap as a gate.

Hi David I'm one of your newly subscribers I'm glad I come across your channel them feral hogs do some really nasty damage to the ground and I'm glad that you also don't just let the wild game meat go to waste thems some lucky families that have food in the freezer. Can we see more time lapse video of how the trap is being setup? I was wondering also after dropping them pigs off at slaughterhouse for the families what would it cost to have some of that meat shipped up north would love to have some good ole southern wild game meat. Thanks David and have a blessed and glorious day.

I note that a number of the hogs in this video are spotted. For this one too I was thinking "I think youre gonna need a bigger trap"
