"Problems of The World Today", was my introduction to Hip Hop. I was tiny. Sitting at the record player with the album in my little hands, rhyming along while reading the lyrics on the "sleeve" lol. I played it over and over and over. Every single day! I love watching your videos. So informative, and they bring back such great memories! 😊🤗

D.L.B. is criminally underrated. Also, your mention of Freestyle being perhaps the essence of what the F4 could do is spot on. Tito' s and DLB's verse in that is still heralded as legendary rhymes.

I wish they`d released an LP in 83/84! Together with Fat Boys,K,Blow, Whodini, Run DMC and of course the Sugar Hill artists. How come Enjoy just relased 12 inches? It seems so to me. Thanks for the story about F-4000, looks like I have to buy Problems..I found it somewhat commercial , when I heard it several years ago. This was your first lesson, and a good one too. I have a lot to catch up! Thumbs up JayQuan!!

I'm searching since 83 or 84, for a livetrack, that i recorded from Dutch radio. It was very fast and heavy for that time. Only a drumbeat and some arabian sounds. The mc was saying things like ,,I say the B double O,the G,I,E come on somebody sing with me. Say BOOGIE(2X) Say Eighter(2) ,, Does that sound familiar to some oldschool mc or hiphop head ??? They said it was from New-York. peace !!!

@@TheFoundationhiphop Really? is posible, but that club/ballroom with the *Art Deco fan* on the stage *appears on TH video and Cold Crush show at 'Beat This'* documentary' (by the BBC in 1984 in NYC). Maybe it's a venue that doesn't exist today. Thanks for your info ever 😉
