Honestly I think someone was using juice as a drug mule. Why the fuck would he have 70 pounds of weed with him? How are him and what 8 friends gonna be smoking 70 pounds obviously someone has to be trafficking it and just using juice because private jets are very elusive for things like that since security and what you take on a private jet aren’t as thoughtfully monitored as they are with regular cargo travel idk if juice was getting a cut of the money or just didn’t want to say no but I think someone was using his to send drugs around the country.

Especially if Juice's entourage was making it blatant they had an obscene amount of drugs. No doubt a huge number of private flights are carrying illegal substances, but most (rich) people doing this understand to keep it out of the pilot's sight as he has professional responsibilities regarding the law. Had Juice's people been respectful enough not to delay the flight by multiple hours and then be blatant about their drug trafficking, the pilot could have been willing to turn more of a blind eye.

Should've been as discreet as possible moving like that. If he found out in mid flight which I doubt then that's different. Some people are just snitches it is what it is. Not blaming him for his death that's clearly on Juice but why not get off the jet and tell the cops where they already were if he didn't wanna do it ? Calling Chicago PD while you're in LA is weird. He still flew the drugs anyway. Trafficking thru the air crossing state lines are way more serious charges than just bringing it to the hanger. He was surrounded by other addicts, including his girlfriend and enabling friends who didn't say anything because they were scared we would stop funding them. It's a tale as old as time. In the end it was his own fault and the responsibility lies with him but things really should have been different. The people who claimed to love and care about him really needed to step up and say / do something. He had a very bright future. It was all squandered and for what? So he could continue to get them high? Ridiculous. Hindsight is 20/20 but it really couldn't be a more obvious cry for help in the way he acted and his music. The people who were closest just didn't want to risk losing the good life. Very unfortunate and it makes me angry when his gf / friends do media rounds about it, acting like they were so innocent. If I was her or in his close crew I would be ashamed to show my face.

You're spot on. Sounds like you've been there before or seen it happen. I've been through the same shit. Some people can't handle the drugs and everything that comes with them. It doesn't matter what you do, the bottom line is that an individual must ALWAYS be in control of his/her own life and awareness. The pilot was in no way responsible for anything that happened. The pilot did the right thing, but sometimes right things don't have good endings. Which does not make the pilot the bad guy. He wanted to be a responsible person and turn JuiceWrld in for trafficking contraband. Which was the right thing and there's no doubt in that. Juice was 100% responsible for the pilot's expected reaction to him carrying contraband. It may have ended up with him dead, but the pilot had nothing to do with that. He was trying to protect himself. End of story.

Kind of sucks that I only discovered his music way after he passed and found out he passed from a string of comments under a video saying 'RIP Legend.' He had problems, yeah, but if you look into the actual meaning of half his songs - he has been predicting his death since the get-go, and assuming he was always high when recording, that means that every song Juice made about how unhappy and eventful his death would be, he was at his theoretical high-point.

I'm not a pilot, but I have a cousin who is flying small planes. Now this depends on jurisdiction and lawinforcement and all the alphabet agencies cooperating, but normally they'd want the plane to fly and they'd be waiting at the arrival destination because they want to convict for trafficking and not just possession. They also will not allow the people on the plane know about it because you can easily throw things off a small private plane. And this is just speculation but the only time I've heard about a plane being held before departure was when the police already had the search warrant on hand and wanted for the pilot to wait till they get there, but this knowledge is coming third hand so take it with a grain of salt.

@@smiller12340 Uhhhhh, no. That’s not how it works. If you’re gangbanging and you rat your boys then you’re a rat and a snitch. If you have nothing to do with the illegal activity then there is no expectation from those engaging in criminal behavior that a random citizen isn’t going to testify or be a witness to the crime. If I’m selling dope with you and I tell the prosecutor everything then I’m a snitch and a rat. If I’m not a drug dealer and I tell law enforcement that your dealing drugs on the corner then I’m not being a snitch or a rat. The vast majority are not engaged in criminal activity, thus the reason the public’s money is spent on law enforcement and sets up laws to stop the criminal activity. If simply saying anything constitutes being a snitch, there wouldn’t be laws and there wouldn’t be publicly funded law enforcement. How is this hard to grasp?
