I can't imagine changing my stacking mindset to going for triples. So, so impressive, Gerald.

Anyone wanna calculate a perfect 29 transition score starting from 19 and tripling? Curious how the performance here stacks up.

How many lines need (with out pressing down) for having the slowest max out (1 million). Ok I don't want the exactly lines but if it theoretical possible I mean one line every time starting from level 0

I think ctwc (which is happening right now) is going to have a side event in TEC classic score attack where tetris and triple scoring is flipped. So that would be something similar

Nowadays, it's hard to comprehend how good players are just by score. Players getting 2 million, 3 million, yeah that's pretty good. Beating my all-time personal best without a Tetris? Jaw on the floor...

In tetris, clearing a tetris scores the most points by far. Getting a maxout means scoring 1 million points in the game, a feat that only a few hundred people have done. As a personal challenge, I wanted to get a maxout without scoring any tetrises, using only singles, doubles, and triples. This is a lot harder, as points are harder to come by. Most maxouts happen around level 28. Mine happened around level 60. The score I got in this game would put me as 15th in the world in score, without ever scoring a tetris.
