Chefs Timothy Flores and Genie Kwon opened this Filipino restaurant/bakery in 2020 hoping to make Filipino food more accessible for everyone.
Kasama, which in Tagalog translates to "together" or "partner", launched their 13-course tasting menu offering in late 2021. In April 2022, it was the first Filipino restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star.
Their tasting menu has been described as "traditional Filipino cooking with a creative, contemporary spin", and I was so excited to finally try it. Thanks for watching!
