@Hugh Mungus I will suggest jollof rice and plantain with beef n chicken, that will be a good start. You can also try some soups like egusi. I like the beans and peppered stew but if you don't like spice might not recommend but it's really good 😁

My children's studies are different when I was going to school so I'm learning differently with them.
