Great review video again Steve! For me, if I was to buy the Maverick, it would be a stripped down version with the 2.0L EB and the 4k lb tow package.
@CarsWithSteve

Thanks! That would be a pretty ideal build. The only thing I might consider would be the Lariat with Sync3 to get factory navigation but running off CarPlay with offline downloaded maps is a close 2nd haha

Another great review! Glad you're reminding people about the maintenance and break in periods. I generally deal with Highbury Ford in London, and they know I follow the break in period, and this has helped with trade ins! I considered a Maverick, the size was quite different to the Ranger I had. Either truck is more maneuverable in tight areas than an F150, and both fit in a parking spot easier.

Mine is in production with VIN assigned 2023 Oxford White Hybrid. Delivery soon.Ordered 9/15/22 I wish I could see how far the passenger seat goes forward thus eying the backseat room with that front seat all the way forward. The MPG of the hybrid is what I am over the top about. I will be getting the Katzkin seat covers to soften the seating too and comfort level.

what type of maintenance would need to be done with the hybird any type of fluid or other stuff that needs to be changed ?
@CarsWithSteve
10 ай бұрын
Nothing outside of the ordinary for maintenance, just follow the regular service intervals in the owner's manual! If you're doing work yourself, oil changes in hybrids are usually set at longer intervals and if you ever need to swap or inspect the main 12v battery it's under the rear seat instead of under the hood

One thing. If you plan on keeping the truck 10-15 years buy the 2.0L. The hybrid battery and electric system will die in 10-12 and will cost $8,000-$10,000 to replace. A head gasket change on that 2.5L Atkinson cycle motor? $5,000. No one knows how to work on them.
