This is the second movement of "Violin Concerto in F-Minor, Op. 8 No. 4, RV 297" entitled "L'Inverno" (Winter) by the Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741).
This concerto is part of a collection of 12 concerti called "Il Cimento dell' Armonia e dell' Inventione" (The Contest Between Harmony and Invention). They were first published as Vivaldi's Op. 8 in Amsterdam in 1725.
The first four concerti of this collections are the famous "Le quattro stagioni" (The Four Seasons).
