@@SiegeStudios loving the episode so far, great insight into the core business side of the industry, specially since I myself I’m trying to make my way into those waters

Loved hearing the origin story for this company. You have the right mix of people, and you all work hard. That's why you're the best and why everyone knows your name. Thanks for sharing!!!

A great episode which gives a really great perspective on Siege, how it came to be and the spirit of the team working for it. As someone who comes from Switzerland, only moved to the UK in 2015 and had never heard much of Warhammer before, I didn't quite realise just how impactful the pandemic must have been for the hobby, as I discovered Warhammer towards the end of 2020. I don't have a feel for a before/after comparison, but somehow it came across well in the discussion. Commission painting as a solo artist has been difficult for me so far, and I am honestly blown away and moved by the genuinely passionate, hardworking and caring side all three of you have shown for the industry here.

I used to play drums in metal and punk bands, but I played D&D and had never heard of Warhammer. However, I played games with my guitar player, and if I had heard of Warhammer it definitely would have come up. Demons and undead, aliens and an empire; come on? What's more metal than that?

I'll go ahead and say it, It sounds like You didn't want to run Siege Studios like Blue Table Painting. I can tell from all your amazing models that your QC process is very VERY good. I only started doing some commissions, but Quality Control is KEY to keeping return customers.
