Long-time follower here ❤ as you find a routine in your apartment, I would love some content (any format!) on "small living" as a family of 3. There isn't much content on this topic and with the housing crisis I think many people would be interested. Sending love from France!!

I wouldn't mid seeing more of these kind of couch talk videos once in awhile they are cozy (subtitle hinting). Also, I am the kind of guy that wanted to be the tool guy like my grandfather knowing how to do a bit of everything but I am just not that type of person. I am like the other half of grandpa, I want to know a little bit about everything. Good luck with everything Levi & Leah!

I saw your KZitem shorts and I think it's a good way to continue. I would be happy to get a glimpse into your life here and then. You've inspired me a lot in the last 6 years (!) that I follow you (when it was only Levi^^). From the low waste wedding to the roof-top-garden. So I will definitely keep following you. However, if there is one short or video I wish for^^ it's Leah showing off her pottery collection, I would love to see it:) Good luck for the three of you :)

I think you both have navigated everything very well. You both have had A LOT of things to adjust to. Just where you live is an adjustment let alone a baby that is growing and changing with different needs at each stage. Leah going back to work at the college I think is a good thing to keep her individualism as a person separate from being a mom and She has SO MUCH PASSION FOR IT. ITS IMPORTANT TO LOVE WHAT YOU DO!! Soooo many moving parts as a young couple. You both are doing very well. I'm proud as if I were your parent!! The trailer was way too big of a project to take on from scratch. Big big hugs to both of your parents and all their help!!!❤❤❤❤ Victoria is on my bucket list. I love your videos showing just your lives. Thank you for keeping us involved as you can. I think some people don't realize what goes into video editing, and content etc. Love you kids, Frankie and your families!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

This explains the trailer, I couldn't understand why you would continue with what was barely a frame of a trailer instead of just scrapping it and buying something small that you could use until you work up to a bigger one. The $11k contract , now it makes sense to me and probably many others. I'm glad you are able to step back from it for awhile and you're absolutely right - at the end of all of this, you will have a GREAT trailer.

Love y'all! I've been watching for 5 or 6 years. I love that y'all were so honest about how hard it is to build out your trailer. We bought a cargo van to self-convert. This December will be two years, and we're still SO far from being done. Eamon is a beast and makes things look so easy. We've been using it even though it's not done, as a glorified tent. I'm so ready to not have to work on it anymore!!

Having your own space definitely makes a difference - we're still house sharing with our almost 1 year old and it was really helpful when he was fresh out of the NICU, but definitely time for a change! The nice thing is for our son is we both work from home, but I reduced my hours at work specifically to be able to spend more time with him so we're very happy that we can both be home with him because they grow up so fast we're not in a rush to put him in daycare. So glad you guys have your place back and are finding your groove together; best of luck! ♥

Renovating an existing RV trailer is sometimes way more difficult than building your own RV trailer from a flat frame or converting a cargo framed trailer into something fit for human occupancy… your finish build WILL be heavier and the design less efficient than a commercially mass produced trailer BUT renovating a trailer mean replacing what is already broken…. While PRAYING that the old pieces next to it don’t break next. I mean if you have the luxury of Budget and Time to build the RV version of the Ship of Theseus , go for it, but if your time and budgets have limits…. Seriously reconsider.

Our second child both me and my husband did massive career changes and my husband went part time and took care of our daughter. Now we work full time in jobs we love and we spend our time with our children. I’m from Ontario but opted to live in Sweden (my wife is Swedish) for basically the kinds of things you two discussed around parental leave. With each child I took nine months of leave and so did my wife which I never could have done back in Canada. I’m really glad you’ve been able to find a good way to maximize time for both of you with your son and I’m always so annoyed that more people can’t do similar. We did try splitting 50/50 for a bit but both of us hated it because neither of us felt like we had enough time each week to actually get into the groove with our jobs and get anything done.

I came for the "Mexico-by-car" content and stayed for the trailer reno -- am I a little disapointed?...Maybe, a little, but it seems I've gotten to know a cool, real couple dealing with challenges that I'll likely never experience, personally. But your vlogs have confirmed for me the high value that I place on those who undertake the difficult job of raising a child and doing it well, maintaining the priority of that job. There was no doubt in my mind that you had seriously under-estimated the size and scope of the trailer reno, having seen some very capable people be forced to abandon similar projects for lack of resources and/or skills. None the less, I think that as long as you take as much time as you need to also be able to enjoy the process, it will prove a net benefit to you (if maybe a financial mistake to some degree). Just enjoy the gift of your parents' being involved (and well equipped) and treat it as an opportunity to gain new skills, outside of your normal range -- you never know when those skills could be a godsend, or open up an opportunity you never would have known. I always appreciate the frank and honest updates and completely understand how much you have on your plates, so "what you can, when you can" is just fine by me --- best wishes and Happy upcoming Thanks-giving! Cheers!...from North Vancouver

You know, I really appreciate your decision. There are a few channels like yours where the couple has posted about an amazing chapter or adventure. Then they have a kid. And they try to keep posting because they've got a public and maybe an income stream and having a kid is also an enormous adventure. But having a kid is a personal adventure and it's kind of universal and ... well, it can get boring for anyone who has no skin in the game, so to speak. So I wish you well and I will be glad to hear when The Trailer Nightmare is over. Vaya con dios.

I dunno, being able to take life slower from late-20s to early 40s seems like the way to go when it comes to prioritizing "well-rounded parenting". Like if there's 70-year-olds out there still climbing peaks, completing half Iron Mans, and being physiologically fit enough to go to space I think there's still a lot of wild adventures and personal development left in my future as a 50-80 year old after being a parent.

I think you should find a way to generate passive income. I'm not saying it's easy but it's the only way to have money coming in and not being slaves to working all day everyday. And even if you have savings, inflation is eating our salaries up and our savings.
