If you'd like a glute ham roller of your own and want to help support this channel, you can pick one up through my affiliate link to the Bells of Steel website: www.bellsofsteel.com/#a_aid=strengthresurgence (I've picked up lots of equipment from these guys over the years and have always been happy with my equipment and the service they've provided me with).

I just bought a similar item off TEMU. 16 bucks. It is a basic plastic 2 piece that can lock together and has mini castor wheels. I have been using it on the kitchen floor for leg tucks and ham work. Works great! Especially for ab tucks.

You are doing it wrong, you need to keep your hips up when doing the leg curl

I'd call it a regression . You work up to keeping the hips up.

pretty sure both Sorinex, Titan and ATX(german brand) make and market these things. The last one doesnt have their own net site for sales, but the two first ones do, and I guess they will ship to India. however, if you cant get it, both sliders and a stability ball will do more or less the same job. also, if you have local metalworking shop, it cant be hard for them to make one of these for you.

are the wheels loud as they roll? Can it be used in a apartment?

They are about as quiet as wheels can get - they’re essentially rollerblade wheels in terms of their firmness and the sound they make when they’re spinning/rolling. I don’t think you’d have much of an issue. Hope this helps!
