So you mentioned using Gluetread rather than a spare tire. You must have a pretty good opinion of them. Have you actually used them on a trail? How about Colby replacement valves also, any thoughts?
@LastLineOfDefense

Have not used Gluetread, and honestly don't even own any yet. Will be an experiment of sorts for sure. But it's been many years since I've used a spare on any of my vehicles.

I'm sure you know, but Dissent has a table option for the spare tire swing out. Also, the tinted rear bumper tail light covers are pretty cool as well. Keep this content coming, Mike! We have a 200, but there are carry overs as you know.

Your build scarily mimics my wifes 200 series LC build. Love the Dissent. We went front and rear as well. We are running the Bud Built angles sliders with the dimple up. Nice ride Brother! We love ours and my Wife has drug the Dissent over rocks and ledges here in Kentucky and they have faired well. Next for ours is the Bud Built rear lower shick peotectors and some aluminum skid plates. Digging those headlights, those may be in out future as well.

Love watching the LX570 build. I think the rig looks super cool, but honestly I think 37s are more trouble than they're worth, especially with how you plan to use the rig. Not 'hating' though, and hope you get everything dialed in w/ no rub.
@LastLineOfDefense

Oh yeah 35s are way more practical for sure, no hate taken. A Prius is way more practical than a GT-R also. Having said all that - this truck will still see quite a few trails, and even on fire roads and washboards, 37s are so much nicer than 33s.

Install the extended range fuel tank. I've never met anyone that regretted doing it. I swapped the factory 26gal fuel tank on my F350 for a 60gal unit from S&B and it's a total game changer when you're out in the puddle of nowhere, or even just doing road trips.

Great build! That Tundra Cab mount relocation is a good idea I may look into also. I have a 14 LX and I just went ahead and deleted my AHC and replaced it with ironman's foam cell pro stage 3 kit which I got an insane deal for it for a 4th of the cost. I know AHC nuts will think its blasphemy for deleting the AHC 😂 but I prefer the feeling and the handling I get from the traditional suspension and I like it lifted constantly without leaving it on High mode and having bad handling from doing that. Im already at 2.5" lift now with them on 35s and have less headache on trying to do a work around the AHC if I decided to keep it. I plan to install NST Spec's 1.5" body lift and convert the front end to Tundra parts with high articulation axles in the future for 37s or maybe something bigger.

Great build! A bit concerned that you may need a Saudi sponsor to help with fuel costs, with all the upgrades adding weight and less tire/wheel/range effecting fuel in the tank, for dispersed camping site locations. Premium octane needed also for the LX570?

Nice build. It makes sense for what you want to do. I have a Dissent bumper, it's awesome and definitely worth the wait. Perry Parts bump stops are impressive, especially the Gen2 version. Dissent does make a drop-down table for their swing outs. As far as doing your own research for what you want and then getting a shop to do the install makes a lot of sense. Also, getting opinions from your shop if what you're doing, or trying to achieve makes sense will save you time and money. While it does cost more to have a shop do the work, you have a warranty, and you also free up time to spend on what matters most. Besides, sometimes, you just don't feel like wrenching. A Special Projects division is definitely a good idea. You'll never know what can take off from that. Thanks.
@LastLineOfDefense

You talked a little bit ago about how you felt like your account was getting shadow-banned on KZitem. For my 2-cents of why I don't always click on your videos, I often feel like I'm having to squint through a large portion of your videos due to your camera always being in-and-out of focus. I love your content - I hate watching your videos sometimes because of this. I don't say this maliciously, commenting largely for the algorithm, but I do think you're big enough that it's time to fix your camera setup so you don't constantly have your camera searching for focus and have half your video out of focus.

It’s more the nature of my videos than the camera setup - my camera setup is like a $6k setup, so it’s not a crappy setup. My $300 camera setup has better “focus” though, given the content that I often film. Good cameras have a tendency struggle with drastically different lighting, movement, and no clear “subject” - which is what happens in basically everything I film. Not quite that straightforward, because they can obviously do great, given the right control. All of this is fixed if I have a dedicated video guy who is just filming me (which I don’t have), or would actually be fixed with using a crappier camera (which I sometimes do).
