Thank you Terri, Thank you Paulina. You are talking about me, and my fellow women. I am an Israeli women, just turned 58 yrs I see women my age, in Israel, either go with proceadures or just go mature natural. I figure, I want to be just me. Yes, to look my best, but still to be authentic to my whole- a mature woman. As my good looks were part of my identity, I am curating my current me. No botox, but yes for hair colour. Yes for healthy lifestyle, yes to live a full active life of my choice. It my age to take first care of me (married for 33 yrs, and have grown up adult children). This talk is the most relevant for me today.

Thank you so much for this! Coming from a soon-to-be 40yo woman (who's followed you for yrs), this was quite refreshing. Open, honest, vulnerable, real.. in listening, I realized my nearly 60yo mother & 85yo grandmother are--so far--choosing to age naturally. My gramma's face is full of all her experiences, all her sadness, all her laughter & joy. Entering my 40s, I'm quite grateful they've ~unintentionally~ forged a path for me in aging the 'normal', perfectly acceptable way. Love these interviews Terri, thank you!

Hi Terri, Hi Paulina! Thanks a lot. I feel like a found two very good friends. I am mexican, turning 55 next June. I survived the early death of my mother, a divorce and the death of my second husband. I remarried 7 years ago and live in Germany. The most important lesson I have learned is to take care of myself and that includes feeling proud of me becoming older and being able to smile, groom myself and be beautiful for me. Because that helps me become a better version of myself. Your lessons are so powerful! I enjoy every single podcast of yours. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Sincerely Gabriela

Amazing interview🙏 It gives perspective to aging women and men of our time…we should be comfortable with our wrinkles( it is who we are and becoming), but instead there is so much pressure from society to do something about it as if it wasn’t natural… thank you Paulina & Terri, you are such beautiful ladies ♥️🙏

I was a pretty successful model in the 80s &90s. I'm an author today. I write about aging. Who cares what society says? This country is obsessed with $, youth and beauty. We can't let peoples' lopsided values influence us.

Paulina is naturally authentic and still retains innocence. That radiates through her. Most mature people put on restraint persona which comes across as conceited.

Many woman are saying F no to the ridiculous anti aging BS. I am one of them. Good for you for speaking out. You have a large platform. Glad to see you using it to promote such a sane perspective.

" Shut up and be beautiful" is what we hear in the dating world from men all the time. They don't want to know us, only to meet to determine whether we are beautiful enough to see again. And even if they decide not to see us again they still want to get as much out of us physically as they can before the end of the date.

What’s not to love! Everything will be ok. Society can think however it does. I’m reminded to of Cindy Joseph!!

What a lovely conversation. I’m 55 and I cut my hair short in my early 40s and I’m now grey. Talk about dancing with invisibility 🤭🤣 Nothing in my face except happy smile lines. (But never say never). A 20 year marriage to a very cruel man (I was 19) made me build such a strong self-confidence in order to survive, that now I am unshakable. Remarried a man who loves me inside and out and respects my mind. I did the work and found my value. Cut the excess away along with my hair. I’ve always been honest and speak up and an engaged mind (male or female) is very attractive to me. I’ve never had fame, so aging has not had that extra layer to deal with. It makes me laugh because I still think I’m in my 20s, for me it’s more about how I feel than how I look. Society will always judge and I’ve never really cared, I strive to take good care of myself, firstly for health (mental and physical) then secondly for how it makes me look (I’m still trying by to look as good as I can). Aging definitely isn’t for sissies, but it sure beats the alternative 💪🏻💃💥💕 I’ll always jump in the deep end!! Everyone’s choice is their own personal business and we need to support without judgment. You do you. I’ve always adored Paulina, who shines from the inside, so beautiful. Life is so interesting. Thanks ladies, look forward to a great read 🥰😘
