It takes a GT episode to show all the talk, concerts, etc, that we carry out in developed countries in order to raise funds to fight world hunger is not the right approach. The lack of infrastructure and logistical connection between communities in a single country is one of the issues why far off communities are struggling, therefore, African communities have to have optimal connected routes in order to be able to trade different types of commodities and thus, circulate the money and make peoples lives better.

@@sarahstephens5966 this is absolutely untrue. A good smartphone costs under 100 US dollars in India. Our network plans are incredibly cheap as our population density is high so a single tower installation can serve millions in a moderate city area. Furthermore, repair and refurbishing is a much bigger buisiness - I am only speaking of the cost of new technology, not refurbished. Add to this the fact that a hard body like Clarkson's is a tremendously impractical vehicle for small urban roads and definately does not deliver the same ~40 kmpl (100 MPG) any small displacement bike like that would make. A scooter/small displacement bike can be bought for less than the cost of a smartphone these days.
