I'm pretty sure he explained the meat thing as being don't eat bullshit meat but go for wild caught. Go eat a deer, antelope, bison, etc. Non injected animals. That's what I got out of it. It totally makes perfect sense to me.

We must remember that at creation, fruits were the food given for Adam and Eve, and when they sinned by disobedience to God, God allowed them to eat clean meat as written in the Bible, in the book of Leviticus 11.

Meat was also clean and wasn't consumed at every meal. I too eat meat but good quality and only a couple of times a month if that. Since changing that I have less arthritic symptoms and extreme heartburn is getting much better.

Also there is a big difference between the red meat humans ate up to a hundred years ago and what most of us eat now. And they also ate alot of wild meat. BIG difference between that and commercially grown meat.

He hit every "no" button in his opening comments. Muscle loss, afib, metabolic syndrome-associated illnesses, and too many loved ones subjected to this plant-based garbage while suffering through the dementia spectrum. I get that it's the big push, but having lived the last 11+ years face-to-face with my mother on a protein-centric ketogenic diet and then a more ketovore diet... clinical experts like this, and their support for less real and meaningful protein will never get my support. We did it their way with my father... they should ALL have to witness that type of suffering... Never mind, they do, and they just write it off as "part of the disease. Dante left out entirely too many rings.

Please stop. You are not listening. He is saying eat real food. IF YOU CHOOSE to eat meat make sure it's humanely raised. All things in moderation. BTW there is something called Mediterranean keto. No red meat, just fish and chicken. If you want to know what foods keep you healthy, look at the Rush University's study on dementia and lifestyle. They use humans in their study, not mice.

If you can afford to eat virtue meat; good for you, we'll stick with what we can afford. I've walked enough auction barns and ranches to know that most of the garbage on the internet isn't accurate. As for the Mediterranean diet, it's not real... unless you're Greek Orthodox. In that case, you'd already know that it's nothing more than our Lenten Fast, and not meant to be eaten year-round. On top of that, you'd have also known that we all lie about maintaining a strict fast, so we don't get in trouble with our priest or our yia-yia.

I'll take it you didn't mention your virtue meat, because we all know you're just virtue signalling... and you don't know the first thing about the 2nd largest sect of Christianity in the world.
