25:40 “Sometimes the pain of our frustration and disappointment is an easier pain to carry than the pain of our grief.” Well said. Love how the doctor points out who the real perp is when we keep blaming a dry well for being dry but we are the ones dragging our dehydrated bodies to it. Spot on. She’s brilliant. 👏🏽🌠✌🏽

54:05 Hell is dissonance, confusion, uncertainty and avoidance, not staring the dragon or demon in the face. That moment before we open the door to the basement to face the monster is hell. Hell in the hallway. Beautiful. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

28:25 Love how the doctor describes incontrovertible energetic law, saying there is no life without pain, just as there is no dividing by zero, so choose the pain that increases vitality. He says “pick your poison” is the option for some relationships. She’s saying, one pain is poison and leads to death/lack of vitality, the other pain is power and leads to vibrancy and the increase of holy and sacred life force energy. Wow. Beautiful discussion. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💐💐💐

As usual beautiful conversation ! Life’s is filled with memories of good or bad up to you. Master yourself by controlling your emotions and our precious energy and then start living in the so called world of your karma is your Dharma. Round and round we go like a spider ‘s web having gap. Definitely I am an Indian and hope fully soon Indian are going to put their mighty and powerful god in the gap to prove his worth. Thank you. Love and peace to all

A wonderful and useful discussion. I hear a lot about the role of samskara as stored experiences in how we process our emotions and the need to let go of the impact of these past traumatic experiences to truly process and be with our emotions

This blending of opposites very much reminds me about the whole voyage of "The Fool" in Tarot, in uniting opposites and understanding duality such as in the Temperance card..this video is amazing 😊

50:28 Here she drops the mike. Our destructive habits are centered on avoiding the pain of core shame, and if we could just look it in the face with compassion and say “I see you. I know why you feel so unworthy of love, and I hold space for that pain and embrace it and you” we could be liberated as a species. This whole podcast is amazingly synchronistic for me and powerful confirmation of the lessons I have been learning in my spiritual ascension of consciousness through liberation from the bondage of traumatic wounds that remained unhealed due to avoidance behaviors and thinking patterns. 🪬🙌🏽💚

1:09:15 The brain recognizes patterns. If Christmas didn’t work out in the past, we don’t have to let that experience corrupt our operating system and therefore our ability to allow the future to be different if we deliberately overwrite that old pattern by not looking for evidence of it and looking for evidence of the new pattern. Otherwise it’s like repeating aloud that Christmas never works out for you in SANTA’s FACE as he drops gifts all around you- pure insanity. Thank you. Bless you both for sharing an enlightening conversation. 🙏🌠🤩

WOW!! That she believes all babies come out red faced and enraged! This is totally not true! I birthed 3 babies in hospitals and this was the horror experience. I had 6 babies at home with a gentle midwife. Those babies came out alert and curious!! No crying! Gentle birthing is so important as the beginning of an emotionally stable life!!! And the baby is likely feeling more terror than rage!!

I disagree with a number of things said here such as the greatest pain is the pain of humiliation. Really!? You don’t think the pain from loosing your child or spouse is greater then humiliation? What a twisted world you participate in!
