Our banking system is useless. My husband faced a fraud and nothing happened. Proper formal mails and letters were given to the bank and to the cyber crime department within 10-15 mins of the fraud. Still nothing happened. The bank credited the amount for 60 days and locked that amount. And after that took back the money stating we dint find any fraud.

Same happened with me, but I had report to cybercrime via phone 1930, so they freeze the scammer account , only chance to get money once the amount has been freezed, still I'm chasing with police and honestly they told to get update from crime cell team however These are not very helpful cause after the report the police or cyber cell team will be stereotypes without information

Don't misled general public how is bank recover a amount if its a scam than the scammer instantly transfer funds then did u expect bank to return the amount, Bank is only liable to initiate the protocols for the returning of that didputed amount .
