Can you, please, clarify your statement that very little of topical estrogen gets absorbed & it does not have effect on any of menoposal symptoms, such as hot flushes, fatigue, brain fog & irritability. What about the multutude of estrodial transdermal patches (various strength), which are much safer alternative to oral HRT. This transdermal administration is proven to provode relieve of menoposal symptoms.

Great question! Topical estrogen creams used for skin are different from transdermal patches. The amount of estrogen in skin creams is much lower and is mainly designed to target the skin, not get absorbed into the bloodstream at significant levels. That’s why they don’t help with systemic menopause symptoms like hot flashes or brain fog. Transdermal patches, on the other hand, deliver higher doses directly into the bloodstream to help with those symptoms. Both have their place but are used for different purposes. Hope that clears it up!

I have a wild ysm cream that is supposed to be put on pulse points. I am already 5 years post menopause. My skin shows it, unfortunately. I do not want to use hormones. I'm even trying to avoid botox, it doesn't do much for my forehead anymore

I forgot my point, do you think this can help my face build collagen and improve elasticity?

@@shoshanaaryeh3181 Estrogen can yes. If you’re staying away from hormones and Botox, there are still great options. Retinoids, peptides, and antioxidants can really help with boosting collagen and smoothing the skin. Also, treatments like lasers or natural filler could be worth checking out for collagen growth. I have a whole KZitem channel with multiple videos on retinoids, peptides, to help educate and help you. kzitem.info/door/PLdEJ56pHXBZH3ztqC_0Fu87JzDSR0BKuX&si=o_Q1wjFhr7zJc3X_
