This number of ingredients makes ~24 large bagels or 36 small ones.
I always measure the ingredients for the dough exactly by weight.
So:
350 grams of flour
200 g of good quality butter
200 g of sour cream (if it is too thin, you may need another 20-30 g of flour)
0.5 tsp. salt
8-9g baking powder
Filling and decorating according to your taste!
You can work with the dough right away... But still, friends, I recommend that you put it in the fridge for an hour.
