I never knew that this song was recorded in TRUE STEREO !! Thanks for posting ! This is another one of those "ONE HIT WONDERS" from the 1960's

I just heart this song on an old episode of American Bandstand as they were going to a commercial. It's very cool!

I know of this from Natural Born Killers, which I thought an excellent movie. Terrific soundtrack, hard to believe Oliver Stone did such a good job on this flick.

Me too! I'd heard the soundtrack before I saw the actual movie, and when I saw it, I was surprised that practically the whole movie (dialogue included) is on the soundtrack.

@@EricPudalov The dialogue in that movie is top notch. In addition the movie is funny, a controversial opinion about such a violent film but that put it over the top. I read that Tarentino thought Stone made a mess of it, but I disagree. The only flaw i saw was that the ending was preachy and more than hinted it was our culture that was responsible for such mindless crime. The last scene, with Mickey and Mallory raising their kids while on the run, was a scream. The movie was innovative, the visual quotes were put in like I have never seen before, and oh, yeah, while I'm at it, Rodney Dangerfield deserved the Academy Award for best supporting actor. Mr. Stone usually lets his political views dictate his work, but NBK was worth the admission price, not something I can say about a lot of movies anymore. Mickey's escape from prison into the tornado was as good a foreshadowing as anything in Lord of the Flies, which is my idea of high praise. Celluloid poetry.

I am reminded of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. This came first tho. Both (mainly) the drums, and also the keyboard.
