I am glad I found your channel. I own a 1999 Honda CR-V, actually it is my wife's car, and she loves it!. I discovered the pass axle boot split, and made a mess of grease all over. So, after watching and learning from you, I replaced both axles, both upper control arms with new upper ball joints, lower ball joints, and new tie rod ends. A big project for me, but I did it all for $650. A shop estimated $2500 for the same project. I had to have a shop re-align the wheels, though. I also adjusted the valves. The car runs fine now, with 270K miles! Thanks for your help!

I’m really enjoying the CRV content. Using your videos for repairs on my 2000 EX has been a lifesaver. I really appreciate this resource. It would be great to see a detailed brake job.

If u have 4 old honda struts laying around, which u probably do. Cut the bottom bolt mount off and it's a perfect size for a trailing arm spacer and just use some longer bolts. It will center up ur wheel. It's what I used for my lift. U do have to grind some flats on 2 of them if u want to keep that little brace that's there. But I just took mine off

Excited for the Project. Honestly thinking about buying me a second RD1 and run a FWD 5 speed and go for the wagon look vs the lifted rig I have with the one in the driveway.

the 5 speed was only offered in awd. Obviously you can run it without the driveshaft though

I bought one a month ago 5 speed manual 2001 paid $2800 Australian 253000km rhdrive wires broken in drivers door, I changed the black oil, now its running clear. Interior is immaculate, roof racks & Hayman & Reece towbar, I've replaced lower control arms left front, I'm getting the right front next week. Then I'll get the door wiring looked at. I'm hoping the door wiring will fix the engine light, after the control arm fix, I gotta get a wheel alignment My everyday drive is a red 2012 Hyundai 6 speed manual i30 gd active.

Definitely needs about 350whp! Might I suggest a VSR 5855 turbo. Duall ball bearing, billet compressor wheel, and on a 2.0 or 2.4 will light off in no time! Also leaves plenty of head room if you need more power!

I would say either the distributor or the main relay. Very possible its the main relay though
