Thank you for your video! Very interesting 🫶🏽✨️We should check the variable of digestion too, right ? I'm MG and my HEALTH Variable is 5 Sound R so I have to eat in silence and my digestion is passive so intermittent fasting is OK for me. My first meal is after 12pm and I eat healthly and what my body want. In the afternoon I need some chocolate dessert or just black chocolate that my body enjoy. I share the diner with my family so it's difficult to eat in silence 😜😍

Hi Maike, again such an amazing video! Wow, as a manifestor i've always been "ashamed" by the amount I can eat... I do need to eat in bulk. I can eat so much, it usually "scares" the women in my surroundings and "impresses" the men in my life haha. I struggle with this, to be honest. I do notice that fat and weight disappear when I fast and eat big protein rich (low carbs) meals. These tips have given me a new perspective. Thank you.
