I'm a survivor of meeting 3 well known serial killers... First off I'm not bragging or want notoriety.... I'm a survivor.... that's all... I'm 65 now retired so I'm talking about this part of my life... from 1979 to 1982 it was over...The first serial killers were Otis Tool and Henry Lucas in Jacksonville Florida downtown.... Otis Tool was my janitor for one year before he was arrested....I payed rent the day Otis Tool was arrested... Otis Tool was a good janitor and was friendly to paying tenants and if miss Goodyear ( landlady) liked you...I worked at Jacksonville Florida shipyard downtown so I had money to pay my rent... Otis Tool protected his building and tenants... tool told me about Henry Lucas and warned me to be ready to defend myself... Tool said... don't argue with Henry Lucas...now I know why... everybody suspected something was wrong... Otis Tool craZy talked about what they did... Henry Lucas would get mad at Otis Tool for bragging about killing people and eating body parts.....I asked many times.... does the police know what these two are talking about.. I have lots of information about Otis Tool Henry Lucas and the neighborhood..I lived on First street at First apartments and rooms...one time Otis Tool offered me his gun because a local gang was on the warpath...me and tool gave statements to the police... I escaped by jumping down a staircase with a gun pointed at my back.. other people got caught and beat into the hospital...I was lucky..... after my Job was over I Hitchhiked back to the Two Virginia's and met the worst of mankind when I met the station wagon serial killer craZy guy....he was a real nut case...the station wagon was beautiful and clean.. antique... early 1960ies model...he came unglued because I refused to go peacefully...I told him to kill me and I started reaching for the steering wheel so he'd shoot me....I was wondering why he didn't kill me.... after 30 of this back and forth...he couldn't kill inside his beautiful station wagon....his whole thing was intimidation....come with me NOW or die... I'll kill you....?..??...I said...go ahead... I'm not getting off l 95 without a fight....he had cannon 357 mag or so couldn't shot inside the car... finally he pulled over... said...get out....I tortured that station wagon serial killer to the point he was sweating cursing shaking....but he didn't shot his nice station wagon or me...I though he might kill me outside the car...he stared at me....I finally said...go...go..find someone else for sex....I was in shock....that haunted me later... about find someone else....I wish I could of killed his serial killer and Henry Lucas was a real serial killer.... Otis Tool told me but I didn't understand

I managed a 24h convenient store/ truck stop next to the freeway. There were a lot of creepy ass truckers. One of them actually tried abducting an employee. He came in looking for a specific brand of antifreeze but couldn't remember what brand it was. She told him that all of the brands we carry are on the shelves. He still wanted her to come and look at one of the bottles. For some reason, she went with him. When they got close to his truck, he tried grabbing her but she got away. We reported it to the police but got no word back on if he was apprehended or not.

It’s mind boggling to me that since technology was so limited for so long, what these people could’ve possibly done that we have no knowledge of. We may never know if they are dead, in jail, or what. Some of them very well could’ve done this their whole lives then died and were never held accountable. Shitty world. Great video

There are still people doing this as we speak - while the vast majority of people have cell phones and are on the grid on a regular basis there are tons of people that live outside the system and move around basically anonymously that can commit crimes with impunity - at least until their first felony when they have DNA taken then it becomes much harder. But until then, ur anonymous and they can collect all the fingerprints and DNA they want but it’s useless without someone to match it to. Got to be harder than it was 50hrs ago, but def still happening and always will.

I'm sure they're not the same person. I-70 was described as 5'7 150lbs and I-65 was described as over 6' with a heavy build. It's borderline impossible for witnesses who were extremely close to the same suspect to describe him so drastically physically different.

The one witness of the I-70, the male customer who ran out of the store and saw him quite clearly, interacting with him, did not mention a lazy eye. A stereotypical looking trucker... blue jeans and a flannel, that describes 90% of the men around Columbus Indiana. Did anyone actually see the guy get out of a semi truck? It's just a stretch to dump all the investigative eggs in the trucker basket unless he was absolutely confirmed to be a truck driver. It's just a very vanilla description and it describes how loggers, truck drivers, and many other blue collar tradesmen dress. The eyes are the most positive lead, green almost yellow and a lazy eye, that's rather unique.

Bro this dude got arrested for like a hundred crimes. Like, at a certain point, they should have realized that maybe they shouldn’t let this guy out this time.

You have to execute, early on. It is weakness that allowed him to prey on more and more unarmed, defenseless women. What do you think Singapore would have done with him on the FIRST felony?

These were well calculated and planned murders. They should of checked their past guests of a “loner male” checking into these motels. I believe this murderer checked in on several occasions before executing his plan to kill? He stayed at many motels but only selected to kill at what was suitable for him. Sounds like it could be a truck driver? I’m wondering if there was a coincidence of truck stops nearby where these victims worked?

Good god, can you imagine the guilt that Jeanne's coworker felt, given that she was only there to cover a shift? Fucking horrendous.
