I totally Agree, I've experienced this bullsh*t advice that I should be spending 4 hours in a deep work learning something, and the rest I can just fill in with not-urgent but important tasks like reading 1 hour, Checking Emails 30 mins a day etc.... Now, when I've started doing the opposite, that is Working 8 hours on my business, and spendig 3-4 hours a day reflecting and learning from Content & learning What I could've done better. Going all in is the only way, I get it now. Here's my Daily Routine, if Someone's wanna steal it. I Do these: 4:45 AM ~ Wake up 5: AM - 6 AM ~ Workout 6: AM - 10 AM ~ Work on my Business 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM - 1st Meal of the day 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM - Check Emails 11: AM - 2: PM ~ Work on My Business 2: PM - 2: PM ~ 2nd Meal of the day 2: PM - 3: PM ~ Check Emails 3: PM - 7: PM ~ Dedicated time for self development [ Ex ~ Books, Podcasts etc...] and fill the rest with your tasks...

Ideally everything supports everything else. You eliminate all detractors like alcohol, women, unproductive activities. When you feel overwhelmed, you don't party, you don't watch Netflix, you journal, you go for a hike with some friends, you read a book related to your goals, you cook, you tidy, you take a bath. You do restorative activities that help you recover or move closer to your goals not further away. Something that really helps me is, when I'm really craving socialising, instead of going out to bars, just call on the phone for an hour. It gets it out the system without spending hours and messing up your sleep and drinking alcohol or meeting a girl and going home with her and that stuff. Another thing is, you can't necessarily do high quality cognitive work all day. You do your most cognitively demanding work like writing, coding, etc., first. Then in the evenings you can do less demanding tasks like journaling, coaching, cooking. I like to eat dinner then take a bath with a tangerine + casein protein shake, then journal (review the day + write down tasks for tomorrow). That clears my head. Then I can read a book in bed for the last hour til I'm tired enough to fall asleep. I do watch KZitem and listen to podcasts during the day, but usually when I'm otherwise indisposed like cooking, working out, on transport, eating, etc.

Yo Hamza, I've never heard you talk about this habit that can improve people's mental health and capacity, which is music. Not the listening to degenerate type of music and shit but learning how to sing and especially learning how to play an instrument. Learning how to play an instrument boosts your mental habilities so much that you have no idea, I remember being in first grade hardly being able to do math, my mum got me into music and once i started practicing singing and piano i started excellin at school. I believe this is something you could get your future children into. Hope someone listened to me because this is something you don't hear about often. Do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it *muah*

This is the most valuable video of yours i think i have ever watched, at least because i see my life changing in two days after watching it. I was always scared of going too hard, and now i started to not give a fuck and tell myself "i am invincible anyway lol" and i just defy my mind. Stress is lowered, my performance in everything gets better and im not even at my limit. My mind was just so set with the anxiety of going too far, that i didnt notice i didnt even go to 80% Some guys had single mothers (like i) and that could be the problem. Spread this message bro.
