I always feel so clear and uplifted after I eat eggs... I've noticed when I go a few weeks without eggs and then eat them, a day later I feel so healthy and have clear focus.... I'm back to eating eggs 😃👐🍳

I love eggs, and am very glad that they have been proven healthy rather than "bad" for you. I've been eating a moderately low carb diet and eggs are one of my main protein sources. My cholesterol has gone below 200 for the first time in 20 years, my LDL is below 100 and my HDL is 61. I am very happy about that.

Interesting information. Thank you for your deep research and sharing. I like eggs. I wonder if that's why Samurai warriors make Tamago-su egg vinegar. They put a whole organic raw egg into a jar of ACV, unbroken. They let it set for seven days. The vinegar dissolves the shell. Then they break the membrane and discard it. They then stir it and take a teaspoonful in a cup of warm water three times a day. They say it gives them more energy and power. They don't look so healthy to me, but they sure are strong. I read this about 40 years ago in The Vinegar Book. Very interesting stuff.

I would suggest a weekly cut of beef or salmon to help with your B12 deficiency. Also bone marrow. If you can bring yourself to slaughter the animal yourself you will better understand the cycle of life and be at peace with the fact that you are a predator. Be true to your own nature.

I like to have four raw egg yokes and cook the whites. I wash the outer shell before i crack them to reduce and slight chance of salmonella. It does keep me full. Add BPA free cans of sardines during the day and dark leafy greens and I think you have a good plan.

Local farmers, where no baby chickens will be killed, are the only way i buy my pasture raised eggs ;) . I wanna be healthy and not deficient in a lot of important nutrients... I've heard of boiled eggs doing that. In fact it's quite common with boiled eggs to cause constipation and build up of the wind. If it's just those symptoms, it's most likely the sulphuric compounds found in the egg yolk. Different people have different amounts of enzymes which break apart some of the proteins and fats from the eggs, resulting in a (in a wand of better word) intolerance. If it's just gasses and constipation, without pain, one can simply "time manage" the consumption ex. evade before important social meeting etc. Sometimes parasitic infections, particularly Giardiasis can cause people to have problems with digesting eggs, including winds and constipation, but people with it often have other symptoms, and GI tract-related discomfort even when not having eggs, so one should be able to rule that one out. If it's not too serious, simply by adding a pinch of dry Fennel, Oregano and/or Dill to the water where you poach your eggs, or having a cup of tea made with these ( Caraway is another excellent anti-wind, carminative, anti-bloating tea and spice ) before, with or after the poached eggs mean, should do the trick. I use eggs to supplement my diet for my workouts. I try to do about 6 hours of weight training and 6-9 hours of martial arts with cardio mixed in and need a lot of energy. Raw eggs really do the trick, and they help keep the testosterone going strong too. I definitely think they're a super food.

I ate at least three raw eggs a day and my smoothie. I was doing the vegan smoothies in the morning. But I was not getting the energy I wanted, I was not satiated with the vegan protein. so I went back to the egg-based protein powder that I make on my own. I feel better I have more energy. Amen and eat them RAW only, farm raised organic, with no pesticides sprayed anywhere on the soils. And don't eat anything that has fish feeds or grains fed to them. They need insects vegetables, grass etc., IMO

I just have one criticism....protein is not the macronutrient that satiates appetite the most effectively. I believe that would be fat. Especially, after the body has become fat adapted.

One large egg yolk has 5g of fat.

@@kathrynmcmorrow7170 very true! However, I was (at the time) looking for a macronutrient of 65% fat and 25% protein with 10% carbohydrates overall. The 60% protein and 40% fat of eggs with 0% carbohydrates is quite frankly the “perfect food”. 👍🏼

@@bildboi71 There's also equal amounts of protein distributed between the whites and yolks. So maybe you can eat a cake that uses all yolks and no whites. Some have "Gold" in the name of the cake and are quite delicious.
