Dude. I’ve been binge watching your videos. I love trainers like Tom Davis, Tyler Muto, Larry Krohn, Forrest Micke, Michael Ellis. After recently discovering you I feel like you’re up there on the list 🙌I have loved watching your holistic approach. I hope to see more content. I apprecite and how you prioritize the other training before delivering corrections. I’d love to learn more about differentiating between frustration from over excitement, fear and outright aggression on the lead.

I always ask people who object to slip lead correction to watch how a mother dog teaches her pups. The quick and immediate “negative reinforcement” correction is what dogs understand.

I have a 15 week German Sheppard and thinking of getting a slip lead for him. He's pretty good considering age but I want him to explore but sometimes I want him right on my leg and finding it difficult with his current collar and lead. Horses for corses as you might say.

@FitmanFatty Honestly everything you just said was false. Great that your method hasn’t fixed your issue yet, I guess? But telling other people to do what you do, without knowing the severity of their specific situations is terrible advice. Good luck with you lifetime attempt at fixing terrible behavior. The rest of us will have amazing dogs in a few weeks with balanced training.
